Casio’s F-B100W is now on sale in the US, with a reported launch price of $64.95 and three color options. It pairs the familiar angular styling of Casio’s classic digital watches with Bluetooth phone connectivity and basic step tracking—not the broad health and navigation features of a full smartwatch.
US price and availability
TechRadar reported on September 30, 2026, that Casio’s US website listed the F-B100W for $64.95. Notebookcheck reported the same price and said the models were in stock that day. These are dated reports, not a guarantee of today’s price or inventory. Check the Casio US listing for current details.
The US lineup comprises three variants: F-B100W-1A, F-B100W-1B, and F-B100W-3A, according to Casio’s international product page.
What the F-B100W does
Bluetooth and phone app
The watch connects to a phone through Casio’s CASIO WATCHES app. The connection supports automatic time correction, app-based watch settings, and transfer of step data. It also has a phone-finder function. Casio Japan lists time-and-place logging and daily life-log features among the app functions; see its Japanese product page.

Step tracking, not broad fitness monitoring
An accelerometer detects movement and counts steps. The watch displays a daily total and goal progress, including a progress graph. The official feature listings establish step counting and app sync, but do not establish tracker-accuracy results. They also provide no basis for claiming heart-rate monitoring or GPS.
Everyday digital-watch functions
In addition to the connected features, Casio lists a 1/100-second stopwatch with memory for up to 200 lap times, a timer, dual time, five alarms, and an LED backlight. The combination is aimed at people who want familiar watch functions with a small amount of phone-linked activity tracking.

Design and specifications
Casio describes the angular look as carrying forward a digital-watch style dating to the 1980s; the strap’s outer design follows the F-91W band. It is more accurate to call the F-B100W F-91W-inspired than to describe it as a direct successor.

Those specifications are listed on Casio’s US product page and international family page. Because the US listing does not give a numeric water-resistance rating, the available information does not establish that the watch is suitable for swimming.

Why the Japan launch made headlines
Casio launched the F-B100W in Japan in August 2026. Notebookcheck reported that general sales began on August 7 at ¥8,800, including Japan’s 10% consumption tax, and that Casio’s online store sold out its initial three-variant allocation within hours. TechRadar also reported a rapid sell-out. These are outlet-reported accounts of the initial allocation; neither provides a unit-sales figure.

The F-B100W has Bluetooth pairing, app-connected settings, and step tracking, so it is a connected digital watch. Its official feature list does not support presenting it as a full-featured smartwatch or a comprehensive fitness watch. Its appeal is the narrower mix: classic digital-watch styling and basic phone-linked functions in a light watch with an approximately two-year stated battery life.
