Casino.Click’s published support page and customer acceptance policy exclude residents of ten U.S. states. Those states are California, Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Tennessee, and Washington. Customers must also be at least 18 and must live in the United States. Third-party guides from 2026 describe finer-grained access rules by state, but the operator’s own pages do not confirm them.
The word “legal” in this question needs one clarification. These pages describe who the operator accepts as a customer. They are not a state licensing determination, so they do not tell you whether online casino gambling is lawful in your state.
The ten excluded states
The operator’s support page says the service is unavailable in the following states:

The Customer Acceptance Policy repeats the same exclusions in its geographic residence clause, which reads: “Geographic Residence: Accepted customers must live in the United States (excluding California, Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Tennessee and Washington).” The two documents agree, and neither names any other state-level restriction.

Third-party access tiers in 2026
A June 2026 third-party guide describes a more detailed picture. It says some excluded states have Gold Coins-only play, that Michigan has no access, and that Kentucky has reopened to full access. It also reports that Indiana moves to Gold Coins-only on July 1, 2026. The table below sets those reports beside the operator’s exclusion list.

| State | Operator’s published status | June 2026 third-party guide |
|---|---|---|
| California | Excluded | Gold Coins-only |
| Connecticut | Excluded | Gold Coins-only |
| Idaho | Excluded | Gold Coins-only |
| Michigan | Excluded | No access |
| Montana | Excluded | Gold Coins-only |
| New Jersey | Excluded | Gold Coins-only |
| New York | Excluded | Gold Coins-only |
| Nevada | Excluded | Gold Coins-only |
| Tennessee | Excluded | Not stated |
| Washington | Excluded | Gold Coins-only |
| Indiana | Not on the exclusion list | Gold Coins-only from July 1, 2026 |
| Kentucky | Not on the exclusion list | Full access (reopened) |
The two columns cannot both be read at face value. A state cannot be excluded from the service and also open to Gold Coins play, unless the operator separates those activities in rules it has not published in the pages reviewed. The July 1, 2026 Indiana change is also not confirmed by the operator. Until Casino.Click publishes a state-by-state tier list, treat the exclusion list as its stated position.

Play access and prize redemption are different questions
Eligibility for this service can be split into two questions:
Rank #3
- GENUINE CASINO EXPERIENCE: Authentic Las Vegas table-played cards for the excitement of real casino play at home.
- PRISTINE CONDITION: Cards feature trimmed corners and/or casino cancellation marks, yet remain in excellent condition.
- 52 CARD DECK: No jokers included. Each deck contains 52 standard playing cards only, perfect for poker, blackjack, and other games not needing joker cards.
- VARIETY OF DESIGNS & COLORS: Mixed random casinos and colors provide a unique collectible experience; designs may vary.
- IDEAL FOR COLLECTORS & PLAYERS: A great addition to any card collection or home game night.
- Access: whether a resident may open an account and play games.
- Redemption: whether a resident may use Sweeps Coins to redeem prizes.
The operator’s published pages give one general exclusion list. They do not establish separate current state lists for access and for redemption. If a guide suggests that a state allows play but not redemption, or the reverse, confirm that in the operator’s current terms and sweeps rules before relying on it.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Eligibility is not state licensing
Casino.Click’s eligibility pages describe customer acceptance and restricted jurisdictions. They do not establish the service as a state-licensed real-money online casino. A state appearing on the excluded list does not describe that state’s online gambling law as a whole, and a state not appearing on the list does not mean the operator is licensed there. Treat the operator’s list as a statement about its own service only.

How to check before you register
- Open the operator’s support page and find the list of unavailable states. Compare it with the state where you actually live.
- Read the geographic residence clause in the Customer Acceptance Policy and confirm the “last updated” date is still September 30, 2025, or check for a newer version.
- Read the current terms and sweeps rules for any tier, access, or redemption restriction that goes beyond the exclusion list.
- If the terms are silent on your state, or they conflict with a third-party guide, contact the operator’s support before you register or buy any coins.
- Check again before you redeem anything. A September 28, 2026 third-party guide advises readers to consult the operator’s current terms because state restrictions can change.
