No—not according to Epic’s current documentation for the Fortnite Creative Wildlife Spawner. Frogs are a wildlife type the device can spawn, but Epic names boars, wolves, and raptors—not frogs—as animals players can tame and ride. The device’s general taming controls do not establish that every species it spawns is tameable.
Why frogs appear in the Wildlife Spawner
Epic’s current Wildlife Spawner documentation includes Frog among the device’s wildlife types. That means a Creative island creator can configure the device to spawn frogs. It does not mean a player can tame one.
The same documentation describes taming and riding for boars, wolves, and raptors. Those are the species Epic explicitly identifies as tameable; frogs are not on that list. Treat “can be spawned” and “can be tamed” as separate capabilities.

Why the device’s taming settings can be confusing
The Wildlife Spawner has configurable options related to taming. Epic’s August 3, 2021 Creative v17.30 announcement also described a device signal that could tame animals spawned by that device. Those are general device features, not confirmation that frogs are a valid target.

So there is no documented frog-specific button prompt, food item, cloak, or interaction sequence to follow. A taming control being present in a Creative device does not make every wildlife type tameable.
What Epic’s older wildlife guide says
Epic’s Chapter 2 Season 6 wildlife overview described frogs as non-threatening wildlife that lived near rivers. It discussed using a Hunter’s Cloak and food to make normally hostile wildlife docile and tameable, but did not identify frogs as tameable. That article is historical context, not current, frog-specific instructions.

How far this answer applies
The supported conclusion is narrow: Epic’s current documentation for the Creative Wildlife Spawner does not list frogs among the tameable and ridable species. The cited official material does not establish whether frogs can be tamed in every other Fortnite mode, nor does it settle how a future update might change the mechanic. Avoid treating the Creative device’s spawn list as proof about Battle Royale or Save the World.
