Google says a new major stable version arrives about every four weeks, with interim stable updates possible for important crash or security fixes. That cadence explains why an older build may no longer be the package offered through the documented enterprise route; it does not establish the status or security history of 125.0.6422.77 specifically.

If an install behind a firewall times out while checking for updates, Google documents disabling that install-time check with

What “offline installer” means on Mac
Google’s Mac Enterprise instructions describe a disk image that installs Chrome into the system-wide Applications folder and explicitly state that installation does not require an internet connection. This is a statement about the documented enterprise installation method generally; it is not confirmation that Google still hosts the Mac disk image for version 125.0.6422.77.
