Fortnite is supported on the ASUS ROG Ally
Epic Games Support explicitly lists Fortnite as supported on ASUS ROG Ally devices. ASUS describes the ROG Ally as a Windows gaming handheld and identifies Epic among its compatible game libraries, so Fortnite is a Windows handheld use case rather than a cloud-streaming workaround.
Epic’s support statement is the clearest device-specific evidence. Its general PC requirements provide additional context, but they are not a substitute for the Ally-specific confirmation. Epic lists Windows 10 64-bit version 1703, an Intel Core i3-3225 at 3.3 GHz, and 8 GB RAM as minimum requirements. Its recommended requirements list Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, an Intel Core i5-7300U at 3.5 GHz or AMD Ryzen 3 3300U/equivalent, and 16 GB RAM or higher. What to expect from performance
Compatibility does not mean every player will get the same graphics quality or performance. Epic says settings may affect both. The official sources cited here do not establish a current ROG Ally-specific frame rate, recommended graphics preset, or battery-life estimate, so a particular FPS or play time should not be treated as guaranteed.

If performance is not satisfactory, graphics settings are the first variable to consider. Epic’s device-support guidance directs users who have trouble running the game on an Ally to ASUS support; it does not provide an Ally-specific troubleshooting or installation walkthrough.
Do tournament requirements apply to regular play?
No: the security-feature rule announced by Epic is for tournament participation, not a universal prerequisite for playing Fortnite. Epic Competitive announced on February 10, 2026 that, starting February 19, PC players in all tournaments must enable Secure Boot, TPM, and IOMMU. Check the Fortnite Competitive announcement if you plan to enter a tournament, and distinguish those rules from ordinary play.
