No—not as WooCommerce’s core Cart and Checkout page assignments. Keep them assigned to separate pages: assigning Cart, Checkout, and My Account to one page is blocked in WooCommerce 3.7 and later and can cause incorrect redirects and broken payment gateway functionality. If you want shoppers to choose products and pay in one flow, WooCommerce’s One Page Checkout extension offers a different approach; it does not replace the standard Checkout page.
Assign separate Cart and Checkout pages
Set the pages WooCommerce uses for the cart and checkout in WordPress admin. The Cart page displays cart contents; the Checkout page handles payment and order details.

- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.
- In Page setup, choose a Cart page in the Cart selector and a different page in the Checkout selector.
- Save your changes.
WooCommerce’s pages documentation warns that assigning Cart, Checkout, and My Account to the same page causes incorrect redirects and broken payment gateway functionality. Do not try to work around the restriction by putting both core functions on one assigned page.

Check what each page displays
Page assignment and page content are separate: the selectors tell WooCommerce which pages to use, while blocks or shortcodes provide the visible cart and checkout content.
#1 Best Overall
Cart page
Use the Cart block or the classic shortcode on the Cart page. The Cart block requires a designated Checkout page in Advanced settings, and WooCommerce allows only one designated Cart page at a time. See the Cart and Checkout blocks documentation.
Checkout page
Use the Checkout block or the classic shortcode on the Checkout page. The Checkout block also requires a designated Checkout page. For a shortcode in the block editor, add a Shortcode block, enter the relevant shortcode, and save the page. The shortcodes documentation covers the classic options.
New WooCommerce installations from version 8.3 use Cart and Checkout blocks by default. Existing stores may still use the classic shortcodes, which can be more compatible with some extensions. If a block conflicts with an extension, check that extension’s WooCommerce compatibility information before changing the store’s page setup.

If by “same page” you mean a landing page where shoppers select products and complete checkout, rather than combining the core Cart and Checkout assignments, WooCommerce documents its One Page Checkout extension for that flow. It is an alternative buying flow, not a replacement for the standard Checkout page, which remains required for receipts and order confirmation. Check the extension’s current availability and terms before adopting it.
Optional: assign a terms page
WooCommerce also lets you assign a terms-and-conditions page in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced. This page is optional but recommended; when assigned, a terms link appears at checkout. The WooCommerce Pages guide explains the setting.
