You can try Meta AI glasses in person at participating Best Buy stores with Meta Lab spaces. For the Meta Ray-Ban Display, Best Buy offers a “Schedule demo” option on its product page and says you must complete an in-store demo to confirm fit and function before purchasing. A demo does not reserve a pair, and limited inventory may mean it is unavailable afterward.
How to find and schedule a demo
-
Open Best Buy’s Meta Ray-Ban Display product page and select “Schedule demo.” Check the available store and appointment details before making a trip.
-
Check your local Best Buy store page as well for current demo availability. Best Buy’s participating locations and appointment availability can change; the nearest store cannot be identified without your location.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsSpecial offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy. -
Confirm current inventory and purchase details with the store. Best Buy says an in-store demo is required before purchase, but warns that limited inventory means glasses may be sold out or unavailable after the demo. The scheduler should not be treated as a product reservation.

Best Buy announced on June 8, 2026, that Meta Lab experiences would begin opening in more than 50 stores nationwide that month, with additional locations planned through the summer. Its announcement describes hands-on demos of Meta products, including Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses. Verify a store’s current participation rather than relying on the rollout announcement alone.
What happens at a Meta Lab
Best Buy describes interactive displays and hands-on demos for Meta’s AI glasses and VR headsets. Dedicated Meta Sales Specialists can answer questions and assist with personalized fittings. For the glasses, the retailer says shoppers can try them on, use hand movements to control them, and explore Meta AI prompts on displays. Smart mirrors offer virtual try-ons of Ray-Ban Meta frame styles and colors.

That is a figure attributed to Best Buy in its 2026 announcement; the announcement does not provide a sample size or survey method, so it should not be read as a representative statistic for all consumers.

Camera: Best Buy lists a 12 MP camera. Consider whether its intended uses matter to you and ask the specialist any questions about how it works.
These are features stated on Best Buy’s product listing, not independent test results. A store demo can help you judge fit and experience the controls, but it does not establish how the glasses will perform in every situation.

The Best Buy listing displayed a price of $799 when checked for this article. Price and stock can change, so confirm both on the product page or with the store before visiting or buying. Best Buy states that purchase is available only after an in-store demo to confirm fit and function; completing that demo does not guarantee a pair will be in stock.
