- Graphics: exact GPU model and graphics memory; do not assume the GPU from the P620 name.

- Software: operating system and whether its license is included.
- Condition and contents: cosmetic or functional issues, power cable, keyboard, and any other promised accessories.
- Sale protection: return terms and the warranty provider, service type, and duration.
Check memory before planning an upgrade

Lenovo’s P620 reference states a three-year limited onsite base warranty, with model-specific upgrades possible. - Ask the seller to state in writing what warranty they provide, who provides it, its duration, and what service or remedy it includes.

If the seller will not provide the serial number or written terms, you cannot verify those details before buying. Do not treat the three-year platform description as a substitute.
