- Milk drinks: The automatic steam wand is designed to texture milk with selectable temperature and texture settings. Breville states: “The automatic steam wand allows you to adjust the milk temperature between 104°F to 167°F and 9 levels of texture to suit your taste.” That is the manufacturer’s claim, not an independent measurement. How much control does it leave you?
The Oracle Touch occupies a middle ground between a largely manual espresso workflow and a machine that offers little adjustment. Which water filter fits the Oracle Touch?
