The Bosch PIE675N14E is a discontinued 60 cm induction hob with four cooking zones, DirectSelect controls and Ring Zone flexibility. Bosch’s UK product page marks it “Product is no longer available,” so this is most useful as a specification and fit guide for people with an installed unit or considering one second-hand—not as a current new-product recommendation. Bosch publishes its features and dimensions, but the available evidence does not establish real-world cooking performance or reliability.
Is the Bosch PIE675N14E any good?
On paper, it offers a straightforward four-zone induction layout, direct touch controls and useful documented functions such as boost, pan recognition and residual-heat indicators. That can make it a practical option if you already own one or find a used unit in good condition. These are manufacturer-documented features, not independent test results: no hands-on performance testing, heating-time data, noise measurements or reliability study is established here.
Bosch identifies the PIE675N14E as a Series 8, black-glass hob with an aluminium/design frame. The 2016 Bosch brochure describes brushed-steel trim; check the specific appliance if the finish matters, particularly when buying used. Bosch’s regional product information says the model has no Home Connect and no frying sensor, so do not assume it has connected controls or automatic frying assistance.

- DirectSelect: Bosch’s listed control system lets the user select cooking settings directly. The Australian page calls the interface “Electronic DirectSelect 2.0 touch control.”
- Ring Zone: Bosch describes the zone layout as offering Ring Zone flexibility. The supplied product information does not establish that this model has the linked FlexInduction zones found on some other Bosch hobs.
- Boost and pan recognition: The 2016 brochure lists boost on all zones and automatic pan recognition. These descriptions do not establish a particular boil time or heating result.
- Safety and convenience: The brochure lists a panel lock, two-stage residual-heat indicators for each zone, an electronic power-level display and a freeze function. It also says the hob can be installed with a domino hob; confirm the installation instructions for your exact unit before planning a combined layout.
What are the Bosch PIE675N14E dimensions and cut-out size?
Bosch’s specification sheet gives the overall appliance dimensions as 51 × 606 × 527 mm (height × width × depth). The stated niche dimensions—the countertop opening required for installation—are 51 × 560 × 490–500 mm. A “60 cm” label alone is not enough to establish fit: measure the actual opening and compare it with the specified niche range.

These are specifications from Bosch/BSH documentation, not a substitute for the installation instructions supplied for the exact appliance. Bosch’s support index lists several PIE675N14E variants, so check the full E-Nr—including the suffix—before fitting or ordering parts. Electrical connection requirements must also be checked against that unit’s local installation instructions and applicable local rules; the listed voltage alone does not determine the wiring arrangement.
Is the Bosch PIE675N14E still available?
Bosch’s UK product page says “Product is no longer available.” Treat it as a discontinued model rather than assuming Bosch currently sells it new. That status does not establish whether a particular retailer or second-hand seller has a unit in stock, nor does it establish present-day parts inventory.

If you are comparing alternatives, check the cut-out dimensions and installation constraints first, then compare zone layout, controls and assistance features, safety indicators and locks, finish, parts support, and the price and stock available at the time you buy. Bosch’s PIV675N14E is a different model: Bosch describes it as having two FlexInduction zones. Do not transfer that feature to the PIE675N14E.
How to check fit and identify your PIE675N14E variant
- Find the full E-Nr on the appliance rating plate. Record the complete model identifier, including the characters after the slash, such as /02 or /21. Bosch’s UK support index also shows /01 and /20 variants.
- Measure the countertop opening. Compare its height, width and depth with Bosch’s 51 × 560 × 490–500 mm niche specification. Do not use the overall hob width as the cut-out width.
- Open the matching Bosch support page. Select the full variant, then consult its user manual and installation instructions. A document for a different suffix should not be treated as confirmation that the installation details match.
- Confirm the electrical installation locally. Follow the matching instructions and applicable local requirements; do not infer the connection method from the 220–240 V specification.
Where can you get Bosch PIE675N14E spare parts?
Bosch provides model-specific support and a replacement-parts route for PIE675N14E/02 and PIE675N14E/21. Start with the appliance’s complete E-Nr and select the matching market and variant on Bosch’s support service. The existence of a parts page does not guarantee that a particular component is still stocked, and the available information does not establish that parts are interchangeable between suffixes.

Bosch’s specification sheet names HEZ390041, a set of three pots and one pan for induction hobs, as an optional accessory. It does not say that the cookware set is included with the hob.

Before committing, check that the full E-Nr is legible, obtain the matching installation and user documents, and verify that the unit and countertop opening suit the intended installation. Ask the seller about the appliance’s working condition and any known faults; no independent reliability or repair-rate evidence is established for this model here.
