The Bosch HRG6753B1A is a discontinued Australian-market Series 8 built-in oven with added steam. Bosch lists a 71-litre cavity, 13 heating methods, pyrolytic cleaning and a 60 × 60 cm format, but it is marked no longer available as a new product. Bosch describes added steam as an additional cooking function. The specification sheet also lists a water tank empty indicator, a descaling program, a drying function and a steam generator located outside the cavity. The documentation establishes the features and maintenance prompts, but does not provide independent comparative results for moisture retention, cooking consistency or speed. How does cleaning work?
The HRG6753B1A combines pyrolytic cleaning with Cleaning Assistance for light soiling. Bosch lists a grill tray suitable for pyrolytic cleaning, but that does not mean every supplied accessory is suitable for a pyrolytic cycle; check the manual for each item before leaving it in the oven. The manual advises: “Use original accessories. These have been made especially for your appliance.” Bosch’s support listing also includes cleaning gel 00312324 and oven cleaner spray 00312482; confirm the full E-number and product instructions before using care products. Will it fit your kitchen?
The appliance measures 595 × 594 × 548 mm. Bosch lists installation dimensions of 585–595 × 560–568 × 550 mm. These figures describe the appliance and specified installation opening; they do not replace checking the actual cabinet, ventilation and electrical requirements for your kitchen. What to check before buying a used HRG6753B1A

- Measure the cabinet opening and confirm installation and electrical fit against the Bosch installation information.
