The Blizwheel electric kickscooter was reported to fold to 15.6 × 6.4 × 3.9 inches—small enough, according to a 2021 report, to carry in a backpack or hand luggage. That makes it an unusually compact scooter concept, but the report does not establish that it reached production or is available to buy today.
How small does the Blizwheel fold?
New Atlas reported on October 11, 2021, that the Blizwheel folds to 15.6 × 6.4 × 3.9 inches (396 × 162.5 × 99 mm). Paul Ridden described those dimensions as suitable for carrying in a backpack or hand luggage between rides. The article does not provide the scooter’s carry weight, folding time, or an independent check of the packed dimensions, so the measurements indicate its reported footprint rather than a complete picture of portability. What performance did the report describe?
The New Atlas article described two configurations. Its motor, speed, range, and ground-clearance figures are reported specifications, not results from independent testing.

Does the Blizwheel exist as a product you can buy now?
Current production and sales status are not established by the available reporting. New Atlas described the scooter as the company’s next crowdfunding attempt after its earlier ESkates Kickstarter campaign had been cancelled; it does not confirm whether the scooter’s campaign succeeded or the product entered production. The report is dated October 11, 2021, so it cannot establish present-day availability.
How does it compare with other compact-scooter claims?
Other manufacturers have also promoted highly compact scooters, but those claims do not establish that the products match the Blizwheel’s dimensions or can be compared on performance.

- Arma advertises a scooter that folds to the size of a 12-inch laptop and says it can fit in a backpack. Its page invites visitors to sign up for availability updates; that is not confirmation that it is currently purchasable.
- NAVEE’s 2026 Fold P10 announcement says its three-stage folding design reduces packed volume by around 80 percent. It describes storage in a car trunk, under a desk, or in a small apartment—not backpack fit.
These are different portability claims, not like-for-like product tests. To compare scooters for carrying, look for measured folded dimensions and volume, total weight, folding steps and time, range and speed, wheel size and ground clearance, removable-battery details, and confirmed sales, service, and parts support. The cited claims do not provide comparable information for all those factors.
