The standard BISSELL Little Green Portable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner is a portable spot cleaner for spills, stains, and pet messes on soft surfaces. But the available evidence does not confirm that a 35% discount is live today, October 7, 2026. Check the retailer’s current listing for the exact model, price, reference price, and offer dates before treating that percentage as current.
What the standard Little Green is designed to clean
BISSELL lists the Little Green in its U.S. portable-cleaner range and positions the range for spot-cleaning stains, pet messes, and odors on carpet and upholstery. BISSELL’s directions for the related Little Green Mini describe a simple sequence: apply cleaning solution, gently scrub with the brush tool, then suction up the mess. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independent performance-test results.
The standard Little Green is a portable carpet and upholstery cleaner, not a general-purpose vacuum. It is intended for localized messes on soft surfaces such as carpets and furniture; check the instructions for the exact model and surface before cleaning.

Is the 35% price drop current?
Do not assume so. BISSELL’s U.S. promotion page lists 34% off the standard Little Green model 1400B in its offer details, while a deal article published September 29, 2026 described a 20% discount ahead of Prime Big Deal Days. Yahoo Shopping reported a price of $81 from $124 during Amazon’s Black Friday sale on December 1, 2024, describing that historical offer as nearly 35% off. Those are separate promotions, with different dates and potentially different sellers or reference prices; they do not establish a 35% deal on October 7, 2026.

Before buying on the strength of a percentage, verify the listing identifies the standard Little Green (1400B), not a Mini or another variant. Compare the price and stated reference price on the seller’s live page, and check the offer window and seller. A discount percentage can change or expire without the product itself changing.
Little Green models are not interchangeable
BISSELL’s range includes the standard Little Green as well as Mini, Max Pet, ProHeat, and Auto Pro variants. They have different features and prices, so a specification or feature advertised for one should not be attributed to another.

| Model or range item | What the available product information establishes |
|---|---|
| Standard Little Green (1400B) | Listed by BISSELL as a portable carpet and upholstery cleaner; BISSELL’s promotion details list 34% off, but that does not confirm a current offer. |
| Little Green Mini (4075) | BISSELL states it weighs 7 pounds and calls it the company’s lightest and most compact portable deep cleaner. Those specifications apply to the Mini only. |
| Max Pet, ProHeat, Auto Pro | Listed as other Little Green variants; the available information here does not establish a full performance comparison or justify transferring one model’s features to another. |
BISSELL’s Mini page also makes the claim “America’s #1 Brand in Portable Deep Cleaners,” with a footnote identifying Circana Retail Tracking Service compact carpet cleaner unit sales for the 52 weeks ending January 18, 2025. That is a manufacturer-cited sales-rank claim for that category and period—not a performance-test result or a ranking specifically of the standard Little Green.
