It may suit an India-based buyer seeking a straightforward brochure site, but pricing at checkout, refund terms, store details, and independent performance evidence need careful verification.
What BigRock Website Builder offers
BigRock describes the service as a drag-and-drop builder for mobile-responsive websites. Its advertised setup begins with questions for an AI-powered builder, which then suggests a layout, images, and pre-made content for the customer to customize. The product page also lists templates, blogs, site statistics, and editable page titles and meta descriptions. These are advertised capabilities, not evidence that the generated site will be polished or that the interface is easy for every user.

At the time reflected by BigRock’s product page, it advertised a free 30-day trial and the following monthly display prices. The page allows selection of one-month, one-year, two-year, and three-year billing durations, but the reviewed information does not establish the exact checkout total for each term.

Confirm the selected billing term, total due, taxes, renewal rate, and the conditions attached to any free domain at checkout. BigRock’s terms say services are generally paid in advance for a fixed term and may auto-renew unless stated otherwise; the company also reserves the right to change prices, with at least 30 days’ notice before charging a changed price. How setup and publishing work
BigRock’s documented process starts in the customer control panel. Its setup guide instructs customers to open the Website Builder order, select design elements such as navigation, fonts, and colors, add pages and sections with drag-and-drop tools, preview the site, and publish it. The guide includes a step to switch to an older control-panel view to locate the order; that is what the documented instructions say, not proof that every current account must use that interface.

To connect a domain, the guide says to point it to the A record supplied with the builder order and add the supplied DNS records at the domain’s nameserver or DNS provider. BigRock says DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate globally and are usually visible within 6–8 hours. SEO, security, and ecommerce: what is established
SEO controls are not ranking evidence
BigRock advertises SEO-friendly features and lets users edit page titles and meta descriptions. Those controls can help a site owner manage basic on-page metadata, but no technical SEO audit or search-ranking outcome is established here. Treat claims about improving rankings as vendor marketing rather than a demonstrated result.

SSL and security claims need qualification
The plan page lists free SSL and describes security features. The reviewed information does not independently verify how SSL is implemented, nor does it establish malware response, backup coverage, or uptime for the builder.
The Store plan is the stated ecommerce option
BigRock explicitly lists an ecommerce store and online payment acceptance on the Store tier, making it the plan to investigate if sales are central to your site. The material reviewed does not specify transaction fees, supported payment providers, product limits, tax or shipping controls, or integrations. Confirm those details against the current offer before building a purchasing workflow around the service.

Renewals, refunds, and protecting your content
BigRock’s general terms state that plans are for fixed periods, are generally auto-renewed unless otherwise provided, and are paid in advance for the full selected term. The terms also put responsibility for maintaining content backups on the user and do not warrant that BigRock backs up user content. Keep your own copies of site text and assets.
The terms page notes an update effective January 16, 2026, clarifying non-refundability of third-party products and services. The agreement broadly states that fees for BigRock and third-party products and services are non-refundable. Its separate 30-day money-back guarantee applies to qualifying shared and reseller hosting fees; it does not make Website Builder refundable by default. Check the specific builder offer and checkout for applicable cancellation and refund terms.
Who should consider it—and what to check first
The visible tiers make BigRock a possible fit for an India-based freelancer or small business that wants a hosted, no-code brochure site or blog, especially if a bundled domain is useful. A buyer whose core need is online selling should assess the Store tier against the required payment, shipping, tax, and product features rather than assume they are included.
Before paying, check the offer and checkout for:
- The exact total for your chosen term, taxes, introductory pricing, and renewal amount.
- Whether the domain is included, what conditions apply, and who controls its DNS.
- Whether the plan covers your site type: brochure site, blog, or store with the payment functions you need.
- Builder-specific cancellation and refund conditions.
- What is included for email, SSL, and backups, and what content you must preserve yourself.
Design control, mobile editing, content portability, and feature parity against other builders are not established by the available product descriptions. If those are deciding factors, verify them directly before committing.
