BigRock’s India Linux reseller hosting is built for agencies and developers who want to divide hosting resources into client accounts managed through WHM and cPanel. Its four listed tiers allow 25–60 cPanel accounts and include 50–200 GB of NVMe storage. The key buying trade-offs are the account cap, the renewal price, and whether the plan includes the billing automation you need—not the “unlimited websites” label.
What BigRock reseller hosting provides
Reseller hosting lets you purchase a larger hosting allocation and split it into separate packages for clients. BigRock describes its service as white-label: you can resell hosting under your own brand, manage reseller accounts in WHM, and provide individual clients with cPanel logins. That is different from ordinary shared hosting, where you generally manage sites within one hosting account rather than administering separate client accounts.
For agencies, the separation can make routine account management easier, but hosting is only one part of running a reseller business. Your margin depends on what you charge and on acquisition costs, support time, billing, taxes, churn, and renewal costs; the available plan data does not establish that reselling will be profitable.

BigRock’s India-facing Linux reseller page listed the following monthly prices, renewals, storage, and cPanel account limits when viewed on October 7, 2026. Prices are volatile, so confirm the current checkout price and billing term before ordering.

Compare the renewal amount and the term you plan to keep the service, rather than estimating long-term cost from an introductory figure alone.
Choose by client accounts first, then storage
The cPanel account limit is the clearest constraint if each client needs an isolated account. The plans list 25, 35, 45, and 60 accounts respectively. Although the plan cards also say “unlimited websites,” that does not mean unlimited separate client accounts. Storage rises from 50 GB on Essential to 200 GB on Premium, so estimate clients’ combined usage and leave room for growth before choosing a tier.

Features and conditions to verify
BigRock lists unmetered transfer and unlimited email accounts on the Linux plan cards, alongside WHM and cPanel. Those labels do not remove the account caps. WHMCS, used for client billing and automation, may depend on the plan; verify its inclusion in the specific cart and terms before making it part of your service workflow. Linux or Windows: match the hosting stack to client applications
Linux WHM/cPanel is the more direct fit for common PHP-based workloads. BigRock also lists a Windows reseller hosting option, which may be relevant for client applications that depend on ASP.NET or Microsoft SQL Server. Confirm the live Windows control panel and the exact application requirements before selecting it; the Linux plan specifications above should not be assumed to describe the Windows service.

How strong is the evidence on uptime and support?
BigRock advertises 99.99% uptime on its product page, but the reviewed sources do not independently validate that figure. Treat it as a vendor claim, not a measured reliability result. Before placing important client sites on the service, look for current status history or monitor availability independently.
BigRock lists chat, email, and phone support and displays phone hours of 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Its page also displays a Google review summary of 4.4 out of 5 from 1,734 reviews; that is the vendor-displayed figure captured on the page, not an independent representative satisfaction study.

In a review updated May 26, 2026, Walter Akolo of HostAdvice described going through plan selection, signup, checkout, and the client area, and reported a live chat interaction with a human agent. The review also discusses white-label branding, Linux WHM/cPanel and Windows Plesk tracks, plan-dependent WHMCS, and CodeGuard and SiteLock as optional add-ons. Those are observations from one reviewer’s workflow, not long-term uptime monitoring or a guarantee of another customer’s support experience. Check the current checkout for add-on availability and pricing before budgeting for backups or security scanning.
Who should consider BigRock—and who should pause?
It may suit
- Small agencies or developers who want to manage multiple client accounts with WHM and provide cPanel access.
- Resellers who can choose a tier based on a known client-account count and estimated storage needs.
- Teams whose application stack fits Linux hosting, or that have verified the Windows option supports their requirements.
Check these points before buying
- Calculate costs using the renewal price and the billing term you expect to keep.
- Confirm the cPanel account cap is sufficient; “unlimited websites” does not mean unlimited client accounts.
- Verify WHMCS inclusion if you need automated client billing.
- Review the current refund terms, support channels and hours, and any separately priced backup or security add-ons.
- Do not rely on the advertised uptime percentage as independent performance evidence; seek status history or use monitoring.
