The FDA 510(k) database entry K242789 names “Bestqool LED Therapy Device (LMK-001,LMK-004,LMK-005,LMK-006)” and gives the classification name “Light Based Over The Counter Wrinkle Reduction.” BQ60 is not among the model identifiers in that record, so the entry does not establish that BQ60 is covered by it or that FDA endorses all BestQool products.
