The POCO C71 6GB/128GB is the clearest current pick in this ₹5,000–₹10,000 India shortlist: 91mobiles lists it at ₹9,999, and POCO confirms its core specifications. That is a comparison-site listing, not a guaranteed checkout price. Older C-series and M-series models also appear in budget listings, but check each exact variant, seller, stock and live price before buying.
POCO phones listed between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000
These are comparison-site prices recorded for October 2026, not confirmed live offers. MySmartPrice says its prices are the lowest available across stores and can vary by store and location; 91mobiles listings also need to be checked against the seller’s current checkout price.

| POCO C61 128GB | ₹8,499 | MySmartPrice |
| POCO C61 4GB/64GB | ₹7,499 | 91mobiles |
The C61 prices refer to different RAM and storage configurations; do not assume one listing’s price applies to the other variant. MySmartPrice reports that the C65 was released on 18 December 2023, so its listing is an older-model option rather than a newly released phone.
Why the POCO C71 is the strongest listed lead
At a listed ₹9,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant, the C71 sits at the top of the stated budget while offering the most fully documented specification set in this shortlist. POCO lists a UNISOC T7250 processor, a 6.88-inch display with 1640×720 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, a 32MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera, a 5200mAh typical-capacity battery, 15W charging, USB Type-C, a side fingerprint reader and a 3.5mm headphone port. POCO says some performance and battery-use figures on its product page come from internal testing and may vary. Those manufacturer statements are not independent test results, so they should not be treated as a guarantee of real-world speed or battery life.
What to know about the POCO C61 alternative
The C61 is another listed option if a lower price matters more than faster charging or a higher refresh rate. POCO’s product page specifies a 6.71-inch, 90Hz display, a 5000mAh typical-capacity battery, 10W charging, expandable storage support up to 1TB, USB Type-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 91mobiles lists the 128GB model at ₹8,499 with 6GB RAM, a Helio G36 processor, and the 4GB/64GB version at ₹7,499. Check that the price shown is for the configuration you intend to purchase. The C61 is an older alternative, and its India stock and checkout price need verification. Full manufacturer details are on POCO’s C61 page.

How to choose among the listings
- Confirm the exact variant. Match RAM and storage in the product title, seller listing and checkout cart. A model name alone is not enough: the C61, for example, has separately listed 6GB/128GB and 4GB/64GB configurations.
- Compare the live total, not just the listed price. Check the seller’s final price, delivery charges, availability and return terms. Aggregator prices can vary by store and location.
- Choose display and charging features for your use. The documented C71 screen is 6.88 inches, 120Hz and 1640×720, with 15W charging; the documented C61 screen is 6.71 inches and 90Hz, with 10W charging. These figures describe specifications, not a measured speed comparison.
- Check the seller and warranty before paying. Buy with an India invoice and verify warranty handling for the exact listing. Xiaomi India says other model handsets receive one year of labor-and-parts coverage beginning on activation, subject to its policy conditions and for products purchased in India. Read the Xiaomi India warranty policy.
What this shortlist can—and cannot—establish
The listings identify models and comparison-site prices, while the official POCO pages establish selected hardware specifications for the C71 and C61. They do not establish current stock, a guaranteed India checkout price, or a universal winner for performance, camera quality or long-term software support. For older models in the price list, confirm the exact configuration and current seller offer before treating them as available choices.
