If you want a pink laptop like a MacBook, the ASUS Vivobook Go 14 E1404F is the clearest model to investigate: ASUS comparison data identifies a Rose Pink version. But ASUS’s current US product page lists other finishes, not Rose Pink, so availability depends on the market and exact configuration. Confirm the finish and full SKU with the seller before ordering.
Which pink laptop alternative should you consider?
ASUS Vivobook Go 14 E1404F
The Vivobook Go 14 E1404F is a Windows laptop family with a 14-inch display. ASUS’s US product page describes configurations with up to an AMD Ryzen 5 7520U processor, 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory and a 512 GB PCIe 3.0 SSD. It also lists displays up to 1920 × 1080 and a weight of about 1.3 kg. These are family-level maximums and specifications; the particular unit for sale may have different or lower hardware.
ASUS comparison data identifies the E1404F in Rose Pink, but the current US product page lists Mixed Black, Cool Silver and Grey Green. That discrepancy may reflect market, SKU or page-data differences. It does not establish that a Rose Pink configuration is currently available in the United States. Check the seller’s exact model number and written color description rather than relying on a product-family name or photo.

Other details ASUS describes for the model family include a 180-degree hinge, a physical webcam shield, USB-C, USB-A, HDMI and a headphone/audio combo jack. Verify the individual listing for the ports and features included. ASUS calls the hinge and webcam shield “thoughtful design features”; that is the manufacturer’s product-page language, not an independent review.

How does it compare with a MacBook Air?
Apple’s current MacBook Air technical specifications list Sky Blue, Silver, Starlight and Midnight finishes, not pink. The 13-inch Air has a 13.6-inch display and weighs 2.7 pounds. Apple also claims up to 18 hours of video streaming for that model. That battery figure is Apple’s published estimate, not a side-by-side test against the ASUS.

What to check before buying a rose gold laptop alternative
- Confirm the color on the exact SKU. Look for “Rose Pink” in the seller’s description and model number. If color is important, ask the seller to confirm it before purchase; photos and broad family names may cover several finishes.
- Check the installed hardware. Compare the listing’s processor, installed RAM and SSD capacity with your workload. “Up to” values describe the family’s ceiling, not necessarily the unit being sold.
- Match the screen to your needs. Check resolution and any listed brightness or panel details. The available ASUS family specifications establish a 14-inch display up to 1920 × 1080, but not that every configuration has the maximum resolution.
- Confirm software compatibility. The Vivobook runs Windows, while a MacBook runs macOS. Check that your essential apps, files, peripherals and workflows work on the operating system you choose.
- Compare portability and connections. Check the exact unit’s weight, ports and charging arrangements, especially if you depend on a particular cable or external display.
- Evaluate battery claims in context. Treat a manufacturer’s “up to” figure as a published estimate, not a guarantee for your workload. The figures above are not results from a shared test.
- Check local terms and availability. Compare the current price, stock, warranty, return policy and regional configuration. These can vary by seller and location.
Is a pink Windows laptop a good MacBook alternative?
The E1404F is a sensible model to investigate if you want a Windows laptop and a possible Rose Pink finish, but the available manufacturer information does not confirm a current US Rose Pink listing. Decide first whether Windows suits your apps and workflow, then verify the exact finish and hardware. If the color is the priority and no confirmed pink configuration is available, a compatible pink skin or vinyl wrap is another option; check that it fits the specific laptop before buying.
