The announcement says unused paid currency will be refunded under Article 20, Paragraph 1 of Japan’s Payment Services Act. The refund request period and procedure will be published after service ends. If you may have a refund claim, note your Support ID and keep the app installed until the process is complete. The ID can be checked through the app’s Support section until March 31, 2027; Genius Sonority advises against deleting the app or reinstalling it on a new device before the refund process is complete.

The announcement does not specify whether any part of the game will remain playable offline after service ends. A player asked whether the game would become unplayable because it requires an internet connection, but that question does not establish the post-shutdown outcome. Until Genius Sonority clarifies it, treat offline playability as unknown rather than assuming either that the app will work or that every feature will stop.

Genius Sonority’s April 6, 2026, release notice says the Switch 2 version supports cross-platform play and save data with the Switch version when both use the same Nintendo Account.
