The early Black Friday 2025 listings covered very different TVs, from a $399 55-inch TCL Mini-LED to a 65-inch Samsung QD-OLED listed at $1,397.99. Those prices are historical, not live offers: the examples below were reported in November 2025, and current availability has not been established.
Early Black Friday 2025 TV deals at a glance
These listings are useful as a record of what retailers and deal guides featured in 2025, not as a current price comparison. Sizes and display technologies differ, so the former price and discount alone do not tell you which TV is the better fit.

Hisense: U8QG Mini-LED for bright rooms and gaming
TechRadar’s November 7 listing put the 55-inch U8QG at $797.99, previously $997.99. TechRadar characterized it as especially bright, reporting a measured peak brightness of 3,337 nits, and cited 4K at 165Hz, FreeSync Premium Pro, ALLM, Dolby Vision gaming, and measured input lag of 9.9 ms. These are TechRadar’s product claims and measurements, not independent test results presented here; they should not be assumed to apply to every screen size or regional version. Samsung: QN90F Mini-LED or S90F QD-OLED
The 55-inch QN90F was listed by TechRadar at $1,197, down from $1,597. TechRadar’s assessment highlighted its anti-reflection screen and high brightness for daytime viewing, along with motion handling it considered suitable for sports. It reported four HDMI 2.1 ports and 4K 165Hz gaming support for this model. Treat those details as model-specific rather than specifications for every Samsung size or variant. For an OLED alternative, TechRadar listed the 65-inch S90F at $1,397.99, down from $1,997.99. The guide praised its contrast, color, and gaming performance and noted a panel lottery at some sizes; Samsung confirmed the 65-inch size uses a QD-OLED panel. If panel technology matters to you, confirm the exact size and panel in the listing rather than inferring it from the model name alone. Read TechRadar’s deal coverage.

TCL: QM6K for a lower historical entry price, QM8K at 75 inches
Tom’s Guide’s listings, updated November 17, 2025, put the 55-inch QM6K at $399, down from $599, and the 75-inch version at $699, down from $1,299. The guide described the QM6K as budget-friendly and equipped with gaming enhancements. These prices make the two sizes useful examples of the range of 2025 listings, but do not establish that the larger model is a better value for every room or buyer. In separate 2025 75-inch deal coverage, Tom’s Guide listed the TCL QM8K at $1,399, down from $2,999, and described it as bright with strong backlight control for well-lit rooms and sports. The source passage does not establish the exact date for that specific listing. See Tom’s Guide’s 75-inch deal coverage.
How to compare these TVs for your room and use
- For a bright room: TechRadar characterized the U8QG and QN90F as bright-room-capable options. Tom’s Guide also described the 75-inch QM8K as bright, with backlight control suited to well-lit rooms and sports. These are publisher assessments, not a universal ranking.
- For OLED contrast: The cited OLED example is the 65-inch Samsung S90F QD-OLED. Its display type differs from the Mini-LED models, so compare it by the viewing experience you want, not just its sale price.
- For gaming: The most specific published figures here are TechRadar’s 4K 165Hz and four HDMI 2.1 ports for the 55-inch QN90F, plus its gaming-feature and input-lag claims for the U8QG. Confirm specifications for the exact size and regional version you are considering.
- For screen size: Compare the 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch listings separately. A lower total price on a smaller screen is not directly comparable to a larger screen’s price.
- For deal quality: Check the live price, seller, stock, delivery costs, return policy, and warranty terms. The cited articles do not establish those details today.
What the 2025 Black Friday timing means
Black Friday fell on November 28 in 2025. Amazon’s official US announcement set its Black Friday Week and Cyber Monday event for November 20 through December 1, 2025. Amazon advertised up to 40% off select home-entertainment products from LG, TCL, and Hisense and up to 35% off select Samsung products. These were maximum discounts on selected products, not a guarantee that every TV named here received those reductions. TechRadar’s 2025 timing guide and Amazon’s official event announcement provide the event context.

Hisense also published a US “Holiday Deals 2025” page listing QD7 MiniLED ULED Fire TVs at several sizes, including 55 inches for $369.99, 65 inches for $499.99, 75 inches for $599.99, 85 inches for $829.99, and 100 inches for $1,699.99. It also listed 55-inch and 65-inch S7 CanvasTV models at $699.99 and $899.99. This is a separate manufacturer promotion page, and its current status is unverified; its prices should not be treated as directly comparable to the retailer deal-guide listings above. See Hisense’s Holiday Deals 2025 page.
Is it worth waiting for Black Friday TV deals?
The evidence here describes the 2025 sales period, not what a shopper should do in October 2026. It cannot establish current prices or predict the next Black Friday’s discounts. If you are shopping now, compare live listings for the model and size you want; if planning for a future sale, use these historical figures only as context, not as a promise of a repeat price. For the US 2025 calendar, Black Friday was November 28 and Amazon’s announced event ran November 20–December 1. TechRadar’s guide covers the historical timing.
