The best lower-cost substitute depends on which S25 Ultra feature you want to keep. Consider the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL for a similarly large Android flagship with Qi2 wireless charging and a 5x telephoto camera; the OnePlus 13 if battery capacity and fast wired charging matter most; or the Xiaomi 15T Pro if it is available and supported in your market. None is a complete S Pen replacement, and the prices cited below are reference points—not verified October 2026 checkout prices.

How to choose an S25 Ultra alternative

Start with the features you actually use, then compare phones at the same storage capacity and against current unlocked prices. A lower list price does not automatically mean a better deal: the alternatives differ in stylus support, charging, performance, camera setup, and regional availability.

  • If you use the S Pen: keep the S25 Ultra in consideration. The evidence here does not establish that any of these phones replaces its stylus features.
  • If you want a large-screen Android with Google software and Qi2: look at the Pixel 10 Pro XL.
  • If battery capacity and wired charging are priorities: the OnePlus 13 is the clearest fit among these options.
  • If the lowest approximate reference price matters: the Xiaomi 15T Pro may be worth checking where it is sold, but confirm local support and availability.

Before buying, compare the exact storage tier, camera and zoom needs, sustained performance, charging methods, software preferences and support, size and weight, and whether the phone is unlocked for your carrier. Cross-border purchases also warrant checks of network bands and warranty coverage.

Google Pixel 10 Pro XL: closest fit for a large-screen Google experience

The Pixel 10 Pro XL is the most direct choice here if you want a large Android phone, Google’s software experience, and a versatile rear camera array. Google’s specifications list a 6.8-inch 1–120Hz display, 16GB of RAM, a 5,200mAh typical battery, and up to 25W Qi2 wireless charging. Its rear cameras are a 50MP wide, 48MP ultrawide, and 48MP 5x telephoto. See Google’s Pixel phone hardware specifications.

Price comparisons need context: Android Central reports that the 256GB Pixel 10 Pro XL launched at $1,199, compared with a $1,299 full price for the 256GB Galaxy S25 Ultra. Those are launch/full-price reference figures, not a live October 2026 price comparison or a guaranteed $100 saving. Check the current price of the same storage tier before deciding. Android Central’s comparison also identifies the S25 Ultra’s advantages in performance, display size, and S Pen support; the Pixel adds Qi2 magnetic wireless charging and a slightly more compact body.

OnePlus 13: prioritize battery capacity and wired charging

The OnePlus 13 is a sensible direction if your priorities are a large battery and fast wired charging rather than matching every S25 Ultra feature. Android Authority lists a 6,000mAh battery, 80W wired charging, and Snapdragon 8 Elite, alongside a $899.99 MSRP. That MSRP is a historical reference, not a confirmed current retailer price or proof of savings. Check the listing for the exact model, storage, unlocked status, and local availability before buying. Android Authority’s alternatives comparison is the source for those specifications and price context.

The cited information does not show that the OnePlus 13 matches the S25 Ultra’s cameras or software-support terms, so compare those directly if they matter to you. Battery capacity alone also does not establish real-world runtime.

Xiaomi 15T Pro: a regional value option

GSMArena’s 2026 buyer guide describes the Xiaomi 15T Pro as a value-oriented all-rounder, with an approximate price context of €640, and highlights its display, performance, battery, and cameras. This is a guide-level figure, not a current quote; availability, price, warranty, and support vary by market. The guide also flags weaker selfie performance and heat when the phone is pushed for prolonged periods. Check local network-band compatibility and warranty terms, particularly if considering an import. GSMArena’s 2026 flagship-killer guide provides the cited assessment.
