Choose separate chargers if you want charging in multiple rooms, rely on wired charging, or prioritize the fastest Apple Watch charging. The right choice depends on your devices and the exact Belkin model: “3-in-1” covers products with different charging specifications and compatibility lists.
What each setup is best for
A Belkin 3-in-1 station
A three-in-one station brings the charging points for an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods case together at a desk or bedside table. Belkin says its UltraCharge WIZ036/WIZ037 can wirelessly charge those three device types at once. That makes it a practical fit when you want a single shared charging location and your specific devices are supported.
Separate chargers
Individual chargers let you place devices where you use them—for example, a phone charger at your desk and a watch charger beside your bed. They also leave you free to use a cable for an AirPods case or choose a dedicated Apple Watch charging setup. Apple says the fastest Apple Watch charging uses its USB-C Magnetic Charging Cable connected directly to a dedicated USB-C Power Delivery charger.

Belkin also documents a separate foldable Qi2 25W product, WIZ051, with a 45W adapter and cable. Its stated support includes iPhone 12–17, Apple Watch, and wireless-charging AirPods cases. These are WIZ051 claims, not a reason to assume it has the same features as WIZ036/WIZ037.
Will your iPhone, watch, and AirPods case work?
Check each device against the compatibility list for the exact charger model. A station can have three charging areas without supporting every iPhone generation or AirPods case in the same way. In particular, do not treat “Qi2 up to 25W” as a promise that every phone will receive 25W: Belkin lists lower maxima for some older iPhone generations.

- iPhone: Confirm the model-specific charging maximum on the Belkin listing. Apple notes that MagSafe power depends on iPhone model, adapter wattage, and system conditions.
- Case: Check the case’s thickness and whether it has a wallet or metal accessories. WIZ036/WIZ037 lists support for MagSafe-compatible cases up to 3 mm; verify other models separately.
- AirPods: Support depends on the case. Apple says cases can be charged by cable, while supported MagSafe or wireless-charging cases can also use Qi-certified or MagSafe chargers.
- Apple Watch: Confirm compatibility with the station’s specific watch-charging module, especially if charging speed is a priority.
How important is Apple Watch charging speed?
If your priority is the fastest Apple Watch charging, Apple’s recommendation favors a separate setup: connect the USB-C Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable directly to a dedicated USB-C Power Delivery charger. Apple says a multiport charger, computer, or USB hub may reduce maximum output. That guidance does not establish a measured speed difference between Apple’s cable and each Belkin station.

What the specifications do—and do not—tell you
Wattage and “charges three devices at once” describe capabilities, not a guaranteed total charging time. Actual wireless charging power depends on the device and conditions; Apple notes that wireless charging can warm a device and that software may limit charging above 80 percent if it gets too warm.
The published specifications do not establish which setup costs less over time, takes up less space, uses fewer cables, charges all devices faster overall, or improves long-term battery health. To compare your actual options, check current local prices, what adapters and cables are included, and the warranty for the precise product you are considering.

Choose based on your routine
- Choose a 3-in-1 station if you charge all three device types at the same spot, want them arranged together, and have verified compatibility.
- Choose separate chargers if you charge in multiple rooms, often use cables, or want Apple’s direct-to-dedicated-charger path for fastest Apple Watch charging.
- Compare the exact listings if price or included accessories decide the purchase; do not infer value from the “3-in-1” label or a headline wattage alone.
