AWeber is the right email marketing service for beginners, small businesses, creators, bloggers, consultants, and nonprofits that want newsletters, forms, landing pages, straightforward automation, ecommerce tools, and human support in one platform. AWeber is less suitable for advanced CRM journeys, native multichannel marketing, sophisticated ecommerce analytics, or developer-focused transactional email.

AWeber is a mature email marketing and audience-management platform. AWeber combines broadcast newsletters with subscriber lists, signup forms, landing pages, autoresponders, tagging, segmentation, integrations, and basic ecommerce functions.

The important qualification is plan structure. AWeber’s free and Lite plans include automation, but both limit the number of workflows, lists, landing pages, or segments available. Plus removes many of those feature caps, but the higher subscription price and subscriber-tier billing deserve careful calculation before migration.

Key takeaways

  • AWeber Free supports up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 email sends per month, making it useful for testing but not for a growing publication.
  • At the 500-subscriber tier, Lite costs approximately $15 per month monthly or $12.50 per month when billed annually, while Plus costs approximately $30 monthly or $20 monthly when billed annually.
  • Free includes one workflow, while Lite’s 500-subscriber tier lists three automations, three landing pages, three users, and one saved custom segment.
  • Plus adds unlimited lists, landing pages, automations, custom segments, and users, along with advanced reporting, split testing, behavioral automation, no AWeber branding, and priority 24/7 support.
  • AWeber is a reasonable conventional email-marketing platform but is not a replacement for a full CRM, advanced ecommerce-marketing stack, SMS platform, or transactional email provider.

What is AWeber?

AWeber is an email marketing and audience-management platform for sending newsletters, building subscriber lists, creating landing pages, and automating permission-based marketing messages. Typical uses include welcome sequences, lead-magnet delivery, product and service promotion, blog or RSS email, abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.

AWeber is designed around marketing email: messages sent to people who have joined an audience or otherwise granted appropriate permission. Marketing email is different from transactional email, such as password resets, order confirmations, account alerts, and application-generated notifications. AWeber should not be treated as a direct replacement for Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailgun, or SendGrid when the central requirement is developer-controlled transactional infrastructure.

The platform’s broad feature set includes a drag-and-drop email editor, HTML email support, responsive templates, signup forms, landing pages, tags, segments, autoresponders, workflow automation, ecommerce tools, analytics, and integrations. AWeber’s product overview also describes consent-management and unsubscribe features, but the sender remains responsible for lawful data collection, privacy notices, retention, and message content.

Who is AWeber best for?

AWeber is best for a small organization that wants a conventional newsletter and basic-to-moderate automation without assembling a large marketing stack. AWeber’s support channels and familiar email-marketing model can be particularly useful for teams that do not want a purely self-service, developer-oriented product.

Audience Why AWeber may fit What to check first
Beginning blogger or newsletter operator Free supports up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 monthly sends, with forms, email creation, and one workflow. Whether the publication will exceed 500 subscribers soon.
Consultant or local business Forms, landing pages, newsletters, and simple nurture sequences cover common lead-capture needs. Whether the business needs CRM lead scoring, SMS, or complex branching.
Creator selling products or services Landing pages, purchase tagging, subscriptions, payment plans, and follow-up automation can support simple offers. Payment methods, taxes, refunds, currencies, catalog limits, and transaction fees.
Nonprofit Conventional broadcast campaigns, list management, and human support may be more important than advanced automation. Current nonprofit pricing or discounts, which should be confirmed separately.
Small ecommerce business Purchase-related tags, abandoned-cart use cases, and post-purchase messages can handle straightforward follow-up. Whether the required store, checkout, attribution, and product-data features are supported.
SaaS company or developer-led product Common marketing integrations can support lead capture and newsletters. AWeber is not the natural primary system for product-event or transactional email.

Who should be cautious about choosing AWeber?

AWeber is less compelling when the main requirement is a sophisticated CRM, extensive native SMS or WhatsApp marketing, advanced ecommerce attribution, predictive analytics, lead scoring, complex permissions, or low-cost high-volume sending.

  • SaaS teams: Use a dedicated transactional provider for application messages and consider a separate marketing platform for newsletters.
  • Large ecommerce brands: Compare AWeber with a customer-data and ecommerce-marketing platform that offers deeper behavioral data, merchandising, and attribution.
  • Advanced lifecycle marketers: Confirm the available triggers, branches, goals, and cross-sequence controls before committing.
  • Agencies: Check client-level permissions, account administration, white-labeling, and reporting requirements rather than assuming a small-business plan will scale to agency operations.
  • Multichannel marketers: AWeber may not be the best central platform if SMS, WhatsApp, or omnichannel journeys are essential.

How much does AWeber cost?

AWeber pricing is based primarily on subscriber tiers and plan features, with monthly send limits or multipliers also applying. Pricing checked August 16, 2026; prices and promotional offers can change. The following figures describe the published signals for the smallest tier and should be rechecked on the current AWeber pricing comparison before purchase.

Plan 500-subscriber pricing Published sending or capacity limit Important included limits or features
Free $0 Up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 email sends per month One list profile and one workflow automation/autoresponder campaign
Lite Approximately $15 monthly, or approximately $12.50 monthly when billed annually ($150 annually) Up to 5,000 monthly sends at 500 subscribers; the plan generally allows up to ten times the subscriber count in monthly sends At 500 subscribers: one list profile, three landing pages, three automations, three users, and one saved custom segment
Plus Approximately $30 monthly, or approximately $20 monthly when billed annually ($240 annually) Up to 6,000 monthly sends at 500 subscribers Unlimited lists, landing pages, automations, custom segments, and users; advanced reporting, behavioral automation, split testing, no AWeber branding, and priority 24/7 support
Unlimited $899 monthly Unlimited subscriber capacity, including unsubscribed addresses; up to 15 sends to each subscriber per month Full access to AWeber features without ordinary plan limits

The free plan is a useful way to test the editor, signup forms, list-building workflow, and a basic automation. The 500-subscriber ceiling means the free plan is unlikely to remain a permanent option for a growing newsletter.

Lite may be sufficient for a single-list newsletter with a small number of sequences. Lite becomes less attractive when a business needs several independent automations, more landing pages, multiple saved segments, or additional team users. Plus is the plan aimed at those needs, but the monthly price is materially higher at the smallest tier.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

“Unlimited” on Plus refers to features such as lists, automations, landing pages, segments, and users. Plus does not mean unlimited email sending: the published comparison applies a monthly send multiplier. Ecommerce sellers must also account for the listed transaction fee of 1.0% on Lite and 0.6% on Plus, separate from external payment-processing costs.

What will AWeber cost at 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, or 10,000 subscribers?

The supplied current pricing evidence confirms the 500-subscriber tier but does not provide verified prices for the 1,000-, 2,500-, 5,000-, or 10,000-subscriber tiers. A responsible comparison should not fill those cells with legacy prices or estimates. AWeber charges by subscriber tier, so a list that crosses a tier can cost more even when monthly sending does not change.

List size to model Verified price in the supplied evidence What the buyer should calculate
500 subscribers Free: $0; Lite: approximately $15 monthly; Plus: approximately $30 monthly Monthly versus annual billing, send needs, branding, automation count, and ecommerce fees
1,000 subscribers Not supplied as a verified current figure The exact monthly and annual tier price, send allowance, and treatment of unsubscribed contacts
2,500 subscribers Not supplied as a verified current figure The next tier price and whether the planned broadcasts exceed the send allowance
5,000 subscribers Not supplied as a verified current figure Tier price, stored-contact rules, automation requirements, and transaction fees
10,000 subscribers Not supplied as a verified current figure Total annual cost compared with alternatives and the cost of inactive contacts

Before migrating, project the list size, number of sends, number of active workflows, number of users, landing-page count, segment requirements, branding requirements, and ecommerce revenue for the next six to twelve months. A low starting price can become less attractive after a list enters a higher subscriber tier.

AWeber documents recurring billing, account changes through the account control panel, and cancellation information in its pricing FAQ and billing documentation. Annual billing reduces the effective monthly price shown above but requires an upfront annual commitment. Promotional prices, taxes, setup services, and any nonprofit or student discounts should be kept separate from standard renewal pricing.

AWeber also documents a $4.99-per-month hold package intended to preserve account data while normal activity is paused. Because the availability and disabled functionality of a hold package can change, confirm the current terms before relying on it as a cancellation alternative.

What email creation features does AWeber provide?

AWeber provides a drag-and-drop editor, HTML email support, responsive templates, hosted broadcast archives, a stock-image library, and AI-assisted content features. The official pricing comparison lists the AI Subject Line Assistant, dynamic content, AMP email support, templates, and thousands of professional images among its email features.

AWeber is likely a better fit for a conventional, polished newsletter workflow than for a minimalist text-first writing experience. A nontechnical user can choose a template, add content blocks, insert links, and reuse a regular campaign format without building an email from raw HTML. HTML support remains available for senders who need more control.

AI subject-line and writing tools are optional aids, not a substitute for audience knowledge, permission, editorial judgment, segmentation, or testing. Buyers should evaluate whether the editor provides the mobile preview, inbox preview, reusable blocks, and output quality their newsletters require. A specific usability score or speed claim would require a documented hands-on test.

How does AWeber automation work?

AWeber automation supports simple autoresponders, multi-step workflows, tag-based segmentation, purchase-related follow-up, and behavior-driven campaigns. AWeber’s automation materials describe welcome sequences, lead-magnet delivery, abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, re-engagement, onboarding, sales funnels, and RSS-triggered campaigns.

A simple autoresponder sends a planned sequence after a subscriber joins. A workflow can add delays, apply or remove tags, and respond to subscriber actions. Behavioral automation can use events such as opens, clicks, or purchases, but the exact trigger and branch options should be verified in the current account interface before purchase.

Automation example Typical trigger Practical purpose Main failure to prevent
Welcome sequence New signup or form submission Deliver expectations, introduce the organization, and provide the first useful resource Sending the same welcome series to an existing customer imported into the list
Lead-magnet delivery Signup tag or form Deliver a guide, checklist, or course lesson sequence Applying a broad tag that enrolls unrelated subscribers
Purchase follow-up Purchase event or purchase tag Provide onboarding, usage guidance, or a related offer Promoting a product to people who already bought it
Abandoned-cart recovery Cart event from a supported store or integration Remind a shopper about an unfinished purchase Broken product, checkout, or tag mapping
Re-engagement Low engagement or inactivity condition Ask inactive subscribers to confirm interest or leave the list Using open activity as a perfectly reliable measure of human reading

Free includes one workflow, and Lite imposes a capped number of automations. At the 500-subscriber Lite tier, the official comparison lists three email automations. Plus is the plan intended for unlimited automations and more advanced behavioral automation.

Marketing pages may call these systems workflows, while older documentation or interface references may use campaigns. TechRadar reported that AWeber changed the automation-builder terminology from Campaigns to Workflows in mid-2025; terminology is time-sensitive, so verify the current label in the account interface.

What should you test before activating a workflow?

  1. Identify the exact trigger and confirm whether it applies to new entrants, existing subscribers, or both.
  2. Map every tag application and removal, including tags created by store or payment integrations.
  3. Check whether if/then branches, delays, goals, and purchase conditions match the intended customer journey.
  4. Confirm how a subscriber moves between welcome, sales, newsletter, and post-purchase sequences.
  5. Send test messages to separate addresses and verify links, timing, personalization, and unsubscribe behavior.
  6. Determine whether editing a live workflow changes existing subscribers or only future entrants.
  7. Build exclusions so a purchase or unsubscribe prevents an overlapping promotion.

How do AWeber forms, lists, and segmentation work?

AWeber supports contact imports, embedded forms, pop-ups, landing pages, tags, custom segments, consent tools, unsubscribe processing, and suppression or bounce management. AWeber’s integration documentation covers connections for forms, WordPress, landing pages, ecommerce platforms, payment processors, CRM systems, webinars, memberships, and courses.

Segmentation is useful when a single audience needs different messages: for example, a consultant can separate prospects from clients, and a creator can distinguish free subscribers from product purchasers. The quality of the result depends on consistent tagging and clean source data. A broad tag or duplicated list can undermine the segmentation that the feature is intended to provide.

AWeber says its platform automatically includes required unsubscribe links and provides consent-management tools. Those tools do not make every campaign legally compliant automatically. The sender must still obtain appropriate permission, provide required notices, honor suppression requests, and follow applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL where relevant.

Imported lists can create special risk. Purchased, scraped, stale, or poorly documented lists can cause compliance and deliverability problems, and imported contacts may be reviewed, rejected, or asked to demonstrate permission. Before importing, clarify whether contacts must reconfirm, how duplicate addresses across lists are handled, whether historical engagement data transfers, and whether tags and workflow states survive migration.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

AWeber provides a migration pathway and subscriber-import support. Export contacts, tags, campaign data, and suppression information from the old provider before migration or cancellation. A test import with a small permitted segment is safer than moving an entire database without checking field mapping and automation behavior.

Are AWeber landing pages and ecommerce tools sufficient?

AWeber landing pages and ecommerce tools are sufficient for simple creator sales funnels, lead capture, digital offers, subscriptions, and basic purchase follow-up; they should not automatically be treated as a full Shopify replacement or advanced ecommerce CRM.

The current pricing comparison lists landing-page templates, domain connection, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel tracking, product and service sales, subscriptions and payment plans, purchase tagging, sales tracking, and transaction fees. The same comparison lists a 1.0% ecommerce transaction fee on Lite and a 0.6% fee on Plus.

For a creator selling a small number of products or services, the benefit is consolidation: a landing page, subscriber capture, email sequence, and purchase-related follow-up can live in one marketing workflow. For a larger store, investigate the exact checkout, catalog, tax, currency, refund, subscription, coupon, abandoned-cart, and attribution behavior before selecting AWeber.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

External payment-processing fees may apply in addition to AWeber’s listed transaction fee. The commercial impact depends on revenue and margin, not only on the monthly subscription. A low-volume creator may value simplicity, while a high-volume seller should calculate whether transaction fees exceed the cost of a more specialized ecommerce platform.

Which integrations does AWeber support?

AWeber describes integrations across WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, payment processors, Facebook Lead Ads, Canva, ClickFunnels, Stripe, Jotform, Zapier, Make, membership and course platforms, webinar software, CRM tools, and spreadsheets. The AWeber integration directory and documentation are the appropriate places to verify a specific connection.

Integration counts are difficult to compare because vendors may count native connections, partner apps, Zapier or Make workflows, and marketplace recipes differently. A claim such as “hundreds of integrations” does not prove that the exact trigger or data path a buyer needs is available.

Integration type What it means Questions to ask
Native integration A direct connection maintained within AWeber or the partner product. Is it two-way, and which fields, tags, and events transfer?
Partner integration A supported connection supplied by an ecommerce, payment, course, or other partner. Does the required plan, store edition, or checkout flow qualify?
Zapier or Make Middleware connects an event in one service to an action in AWeber. Are task limits, delays, duplicate events, and extra fees acceptable?
API-based custom integration A developer builds and maintains the data connection. Are authentication, error handling, rate limits, consent, and maintenance documented?

How good is AWeber deliverability?

AWeber promotes an in-house deliverability team, email-signal monitoring, list hygiene, and authentication features, but no email provider can guarantee inbox placement. AWeber’s claims should be understood alongside sender-controlled factors such as permission, SPF, DKIM, complaint rates, engagement, content, sending volume, bounce handling, and domain reputation.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Before sending at scale, authenticate the sending domain with the records AWeber specifies, use permission-based lists, remove or suppress invalid addresses, monitor bounces and complaints, and increase volume gradually for a new domain. Google and Yahoo bulk-sender requirements may also matter when a sender reaches the relevant sending conditions.

A provider’s deliverability team cannot compensate for purchased lists, sudden volume spikes, weak consent records, or a large inactive audience. Independent, recent deliverability testing would be needed to rank AWeber against competitors. The supplied evidence supports describing AWeber’s deliverability tools and vendor claims, not promising that AWeber will place every message in the inbox.

What analytics and reporting does AWeber provide?

AWeber reporting can cover opens, clicks, click-through rate, unsubscribes, bounces, audience information, device or geographic information, website tracking, email sales tracking, automation performance, and split-test reporting, with the exact availability dependent on plan and setup.

The official plan comparison places advanced message and audience analytics, advanced deliverability reporting, webpage tracking, email sales tracking, and split testing among higher-tier features. Plus is therefore more relevant than Free or Lite for a business that needs to connect campaigns with business outcomes.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Open rates should not be treated as precise measurements of human reading. Privacy protections, automated image loading, and mailbox behavior can affect open tracking. Clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, complaints, purchases, and properly configured sales tracking usually provide more actionable evidence, although AWeber sales attribution still depends on the supported checkout and tracking setup.

How easy is AWeber to use, and what support is available?

AWeber advertises phone, email, and chat support across plans, priority 24/7 support on Plus, migration assistance, educational resources, and paid done-for-you setup. Those are verifiable support channels and service offerings; they do not by themselves prove a particular response time or support quality.

AWeber may suit a small team that values access to human help while setting up forms, importing a list, or troubleshooting a campaign. A buyer should distinguish support availability from priority treatment, response speed, technical accuracy, and paid implementation. AWeber’s migration documentation confirms that migration assistance is part of the platform’s positioning.

A practical pre-purchase test

  1. Create a test account and build one newsletter using the editor and a reusable template.
  2. Publish a form or landing page and confirm the signup, consent, confirmation, thank-you page, and unsubscribe path.
  3. Import a small, permissioned sample and check custom fields, tags, duplicate handling, and suppression behavior.
  4. Build a welcome workflow with a delay and a tag, then test what happens when the subscriber also receives a broadcast.
  5. Connect the exact WordPress, store, payment, course, or CRM tool the business uses.
  6. Review the plan comparison again after adding the required landing pages, users, segments, automations, and branding settings.
  7. Export the data from the test account so the team understands the recovery and migration path.

What are AWeber’s main strengths and weaknesses?

Strength or weakness Practical consequence
Permanent free plan A small list can test the core workflow without paying, but the free plan stops at 500 subscribers and 3,000 monthly sends.
Automation on every plan Beginners can start with an autoresponder, but Free and Lite limits can become restrictive.
Traditional newsletter tooling Broadcasts, templates, forms, landing pages, and archives suit conventional campaigns.
Human support channels Phone, email, and chat can be valuable to small teams, although support quality and speed require independent testing.
Subscriber-tier pricing Costs can rise when the list crosses a tier, even if monthly send volume remains unchanged.
Plus feature limits Plus offers unlimited feature counts but still has published send limits and a higher subscription cost.
Simple ecommerce tools Creators and small sellers can consolidate basic sales flows, but larger stores may need deeper catalog and attribution capabilities.
Marketing-email focus AWeber is not the best primary choice for transactional or application-generated email.

How does AWeber compare with alternatives?

The best alternative depends on the reader’s dominant constraint: price, send volume, creator workflow, support, funnels, ecommerce behavior, or transactional infrastructure. Current prices and feature limits for alternatives should be verified on each provider’s official pricing page before switching.

Service Consider it when Be cautious when
MailerLite A simple editor, landing pages, and competitive small-business pricing are the priorities. Phone support, AWeber-specific integrations, or a traditional autoresponder workflow matters most.
Brevo Contact count is high but send volume is moderate, or SMS and broader multichannel features matter. Subscriber-tier pricing is preferred over send-based pricing.
Kit The buyer is a creator focused on newsletters, digital products, and audience monetization. A broad visual-template library, conventional business tooling, or extensive ecommerce operations is required.
Mailchimp Brand familiarity, a broad ecosystem, and integrations are important. Contact-count rules, feature gates, or support priorities make the current pricing structure unattractive.
Constant Contact A local business, event organizer, or nonprofit prioritizes conventional campaigns and support. Advanced automation flexibility or creator funnels are central.
GetResponse Webinars, conversion funnels, ecommerce, and broader automation are needed. A simple newsletter and autoresponder is all the team needs.
Klaviyo Advanced ecommerce behavior, segmentation, and customer-data marketing are central. The buyer runs a small newsletter or basic lead-nurture sequence.
Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailgun, or SendGrid Developers need transactional or application-triggered email infrastructure. The buyer needs a newsletter editor, consent workflow, subscriber management, and marketing automation in the same product.

Useful official comparison starting points include MailerLite pricing, Brevo pricing, Kit pricing, Mailchimp pricing, Constant Contact pricing, GetResponse pricing, and Klaviyo pricing.

Which AWeber plan should you choose?

Choose the AWeber plan according to the workflow the business needs six to twelve months from now, not merely the current subscriber count.

Choose Best use Upgrade or reconsider when
Free Testing AWeber or running a very small list under 500 subscribers and 3,000 monthly sends. The list approaches 500 subscribers, one workflow is insufficient, or branding and feature caps matter.
Lite A basic newsletter, forms, landing pages, and a small number of automations for one list. Three automations, three landing pages, one custom segment, three users, or the plan’s send allowance is insufficient.
Plus A business needing unlimited lists, landing pages, automations, segments, or users, plus advanced reporting and no AWeber branding. The price, send multiplier, ecommerce fee, or missing CRM and multichannel capabilities outweigh the convenience.
Unlimited An organization whose published unlimited-subscriber capacity and full feature access justify $899 monthly. The list does not need the capacity, or a specialized high-volume platform offers a better total cost.

Final verdict: is AWeber the right email marketing service for you?

AWeber is worth considering if you are a beginner, small business, consultant, blogger, nonprofit, or creator who wants newsletters, forms, landing pages, basic automation, common integrations, simple ecommerce features, and accessible support in one established platform.

AWeber Free is a sensible starting point for up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 monthly sends. Lite can work for a small, single-list operation with limited automation. Plus is the more capable choice when unlimited lists, automations, segments, landing pages, users, advanced reporting, split testing, and unbranded messages matter—but Plus should not be recommended automatically because its starting price is twice Lite’s monthly price at the 500-subscriber tier and its sending is not unlimited.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Choose another platform if the business needs advanced CRM lifecycle automation, native SMS or omnichannel journeys, deep ecommerce attribution, complex team administration, the lowest high-volume cost, or dedicated transactional email infrastructure. Before migrating, compare the next subscriber tier, confirm the exact integrations, calculate ecommerce transaction fees, test the workflow, and export suppression data. AWeber is a credible tool, but the right choice depends on the audience, automation complexity, list growth, sending pattern, and total cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is AWeber free?

AWeber has a permanent free plan for up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 email sends per month. The free plan includes one list profile and one workflow, so a growing newsletter may eventually need Lite or Plus.

Is AWeber good for beginners?

AWeber can be good for beginners who want newsletters, forms, landing pages, basic automation, and human support in one platform. A beginner should still check the free-plan limit and the cost of the next subscriber tier before building a large list.

What is the difference between AWeber Lite and Plus?

At the 500-subscriber tier, Lite costs approximately $15 monthly or $12.50 monthly when billed annually, while Plus costs approximately $30 monthly or $20 monthly when billed annually. Lite lists three automations, three landing pages, three users, and one saved custom segment; Plus advertises unlimited lists, landing pages, automations, custom segments, and users, plus advanced reporting and priority 24/7 support.

Does AWeber guarantee email deliverability?

AWeber does not guarantee inbox placement. AWeber promotes deliverability tools and an in-house deliverability team, but authentication, permission, list hygiene, complaint rates, engagement, sending patterns, and domain reputation also affect delivery.

Can AWeber replace Shopify or a transactional email provider?

AWeber can support simple creator sales funnels and purchase follow-up, but it should not automatically be treated as a full Shopify replacement. AWeber is also not a direct substitute for Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailgun, or SendGrid when the requirement is developer-controlled transactional email.

The Bottom Line

Bottom line: AWeber is a solid choice for straightforward newsletter marketing, list building, basic automation, landing pages, and support-oriented small teams. Start with Free for a very small list, consider Lite for a limited single-list workflow, and choose Plus only after calculating its higher subscription cost, send limit, subscriber-tier pricing, and ecommerce fees. Move to another platform when CRM automation, advanced ecommerce, multichannel messaging, high-volume economics, or transactional email is the real requirement.
