Buyers associated with ATS Kinghood Drive say they have objected to a revised Sector 152 Sports City layout because it shows commercial activity at nine locations. Their association says the project’s permitted commercial allocation was already used for Kinghood Drive. That is an allegation, not a finding by Noida Authority or a court: the available reporting does not establish whether the revised plan complies with the lease or whether the Authority has made a final decision.
What are the ATS buyers objecting to?
Hindustan Times reported on October 3, 2026, that ATS Kinghood Drive shop allottees had filed objections with Noida Authority over commercial activity shown at nine locations in ATS Homes’ revised Sector 152 Sports City layout. Association president Prithipal Singh Sikka said the project’s 4% commercial allocation had already been used for Kinghood Drive. The report does not establish that the Authority has verified that calculation or found a violation. Hindustan Times
The buyers also reportedly object to other commercial areas, alleging that they are inconsistent with the lease agreement ATS and Noida Authority signed in December 2015. The lease and revised map have not been independently reviewed here, and no ruling on the allegation is established in the cited reporting. Hindustan Times
What figures have been reported about the plan?
Hindustan Times reported the following figures for ATS Sports City and Kinghood Drive. These figures describe the reporting; they do not independently demonstrate where the nine locations sit on the map or whether the commercial allocation is exhausted.

| Item | Reported figure |
|---|---|
| ATS Sports City plot | 506,401 square metres |
| Approved Kinghood Drive area | 19,844 square metres |
| Revised layout allocations | 70% sports, 26% residential, 4% commercial |
| Kinghood Drive shops | Nearly 200 over three floors; reported unit sizes about 565–8,460 square feet |
| Kinghood Drive progress | About 60% complete, a status attributed in the report to officials |
The reported allocation percentages alone cannot resolve the dispute: the underlying revised map and the association’s calculation would be needed to assess how areas are counted and whether other permitted commercial uses are included. Hindustan Times
Has Noida Authority approved the revised ATS layout?
The cited reporting does not establish final approval of ATS’s specific revised layout. Times of India reported on September 30, 2026, that Noida Authority had uploaded revised layouts submitted by Logix Infra Developers for Sector 150, 3C Green Construction for sectors 78–79, and ATS Homes for Sector 152, and invited public objections and suggestions within 15 days. That is a consultation step, not confirmation that the ATS plan was approved or that the objections were decided. Times of India

The Supreme Court’s November 24, 2025 order provides the broader process context: revised plans are to comply with the original Sports City scheme and brochure, undergo the Authority’s prescribed consideration and approvals, and meet applicable charges, dues, permissions and rules. The order does not, by itself, establish approval of this ATS plan or resolve the allottees’ objection. Supreme Court of India order, November 24, 2025

The key comparison is between the original lease and scheme conditions and the actual revised map—not simply the reported percentages. Assessing the buyers’ claim would also require the filed objection and Noida Authority’s written response. Those documents would show how the nine locations are identified, how the commercial area is measured, and whether the Authority accepts or rejects the association’s interpretation.

The CAG’s 2021 audit chapter discusses the Sports City schemes, the Sector 152 SC-01 layout, subdivision and integrated-development concerns, and the Authority’s responses. ATS Infrastructure Ltd chairman and managing director Getamber Anand told Hindustan Times that “the concerns of allottees will be addressed once they receive the objections officially.” That describes ATS’s stated response process; it does not say whether the company agrees with the allegation or whether the Authority has determined the plan’s compliance.
