Good was listed at $819.99, Excellent at $849.99, and new at $999.99. These are condition- and availability-dependent prices, not guaranteed offers for every store or unit. What Best Buy means by “open box”
The title may call the handheld preowned, but Best Buy labels this offer “Open Box.” Best Buy says an open-box item was opened and returned by another customer, and that discounts vary by condition. As the retailer puts it on the product listing: “Each open box item is unique, and we offer different discounts based on the product’s condition.”
Best Buy describes Excellent condition as working and looking like new, restored to factory settings, and including all parts and accessories; packaging may vary or be missing. That description is not a guarantee that every individual open-box unit has identical contents or appearance. Best Buy says its standard returns and exchange promise applies to open-box products, so review the current terms for your purchase.

Is this open-box deal a fit?
