Neither ASPnix nor FastComet is a clear winner for every buyer. ASPnix’s published Linux plans emphasize yearly renewal pricing and a broad application stack; FastComet’s shared plans list NVMe storage, tiered site and backup allowances, and website transfers. The better fit depends on your software, migration needs, and total cost over the same billing period—not a promotional monthly price alone.

Compare the plans and their published prices

The providers present their prices differently, so the figures below are not like-for-like long-term costs. ASPnix states yearly billing and says its listed prices are renewal prices. FastComet shows promotional and regular prices, but the reviewed pricing page does not establish an equivalent billing term. Confirm the contract length and checkout total before choosing.

ASPnix Linux shared hosting

ASPnix lists two Linux shared plans. Its page says, “The price you see is the renewal price — no teaser rates, no surprise hikes.” That is ASPnix’s own statement; it is not an independently verified assessment of future billing.

Plan Published price and billing Storage Sites
Standard $5 per month, billed yearly at $50; stated as the renewal price 10 GB Up to 50
Advanced $10 per month, billed yearly at $100; stated as the renewal price Unlimited Up to 100

ASPnix also lists unlimited bandwidth and email accounts, MariaDB and PostgreSQL, cPanel, Softaculous, SitePad, and Let’s Encrypt SSL on every plan. Its Linux page lists PHP 5.6 through 8.4, Node.js 14 through 22 via Passenger, Python 3.6 through 3.12, Ruby 2.7 through 3.3, Perl, Git, SSH, and cron jobs. These are the provider’s published specifications, not independently tested capabilities. See ASPnix’s Linux hosting plans.

FastComet shared cloud hosting

FastComet’s pricing page lists the following promotional and regular prices, along with tiered storage, site, transfer, and backup allowances. It does not establish in the reviewed details whether the billing terms match ASPnix’s yearly prices.

Plan Displayed promotional price Displayed regular price Websites NVMe storage Free website transfers Daily backups
Starter $1.99 per month $9.95 per month 1 10 GB 1 7
Essential $2.99 per month $12.95 per month 1 20 GB 1 7
Plus $3.99 per month $17.95 per month Unlimited 30 GB 2 7
Extra $5.49 per month $24.95 per month Unlimited 40 GB 3 30

The monthly figures and specifications are those displayed on FastComet’s product page; the billing term and final checkout terms should be verified for the order you intend to place. Check FastComet’s shared hosting pricing.

Which host fits your site?

ASPnix may fit a Linux application stack or predictable listed renewals

Consider ASPnix if its listed Linux technologies match your application, its yearly renewal prices suit your budget, and the stated site and database capabilities meet your needs. Before purchasing, confirm the exact plan’s resource constraints, support terms, backup policy, and availability for your intended use; those details are not established by the listed plan specifications alone.

FastComet may fit a multi-site plan or a migration

Consider FastComet if its tier’s NVMe storage, website allowance, backup frequency, and free transfer count suit your sites or move. The higher tiers list unlimited websites, while Extra lists 30 daily backups and three free website transfers. Factor in the displayed regular price as well as the promotion, and verify the checkout term and applicable refund policy.

Make the cost comparison over the same period

Compare the amount you would actually pay across an identical time horizon, including renewal periods—not just the lowest displayed monthly number. For ASPnix, the page presents yearly-billed prices as renewal prices; for FastComet, check the promotion’s term and the renewal or regular price that will apply afterward. The reviewed details do not establish a matched total-cost figure.

What the available performance evidence can—and cannot—show

Kripesh Adwani’s FastComet review, updated September 2, 2026, reports a speed figure of 871 ms and uptime of 99.95% in its overview. These are the reviewer’s FastComet-specific results, not a controlled comparison with ASPnix. The review’s summary also describes good speed in India and load handling, while flagging higher renewals, mixed support feedback, and LiteSpeed being limited to the top plan. These observations may inform questions to ask, but they do not establish that FastComet performs better than ASPnix. Read the reviewer’s FastComet assessment.

HostAdvice’s opened comparison calls FastComet the winner, but it is titled as a 2025 comparison and uses older starting prices and user ratings. Treat it as dated secondary context, not a September 2026 verdict. View the HostAdvice comparison.

What to verify before ordering

  • Total cost: Check the billing term, promotional duration, renewal price, and final checkout amount for the same time horizon at both hosts.
  • Application fit: Confirm the exact languages, database versions, and server features your application requires, rather than relying only on a broad technology list.
  • Capacity: Match your site count and storage needs to the selected tier, and ask about resource constraints not detailed on the plan page.
  • Backups and recovery: Check how long backups are retained, what restore options are available, and any terms that apply; a stated daily-backup count does not by itself explain recovery conditions.
  • Migration: Confirm what qualifies as a free website transfer, how many sites are included, and whether timing or other terms apply.
  • Location and support: Check available data-center locations and support arrangements for your needs. The reviewed sources do not provide a like-for-like support or uptime comparison between the hosts.
