The OP8611S operating instructions describe several heating options, including upper and lower heat, grill, fan-assisted grill, hot air, hot air with lower heat, defrosting and rapid preheating. The documented controls use a knob to select a mode and electronic controls to adjust temperature.

How pyrolytic cleaning works—and what to remove
The manual describes pyrolysis as a high-temperature cycle that reduces grease and residue to ash. Preparation matters: follow the instructions for the specific oven configuration, remove items that are not approved for the cycle and remove the specified guides. The manual specifically warns not to clean the glass baking tray by pyrolysis. Check the instructions supplied with the actual appliance and accessories rather than assuming every rack or tray can remain inside.
