Je wijzigt je Apple Music-abonnement via de Muziek-app op je iPhone, via Apple Music op internet of via je Apple-accountinstellingen. Kies het plan dat bij je past en volg de bevestigingsstappen. Een gezinsabonnement is voor maximaal zes personen; voor het studententarief zijn verificatie en jaarlijkse herverificatie vereist.
Apple Music-abonnement wijzigen op iPhone
- Open de Muziek-app en tik op de accountknop of je profielfoto.
- Tik op je naam en vervolgens op Abonnementen.
- Kies Apple Music en volg de weergegeven stappen om een ander beschikbaar plan te selecteren.
Je kunt ook naar Instellingen > je naam > Abonnementen > Apple Music gaan. Afhankelijk van de opties die je account toont, kies je Bekijk alle abonnementen en selecteer je het gewenste plan. Apple’s uitleg over overstappen op een ander abonnement beschrijft deze algemene route.

Wijzigen via Apple Music op internet
- Ga naar music.apple.com en open je profiel.
- Kies Instellingen.
- Zoek Abonnementen en kies Beheer.
- Selecteer Bekijk alle abonnementen, kies je plan en volg de bevestigingsstappen.
Apple beschrijft de stappen ook op de Apple Music-webgids. De beschikbare plannen kunnen per account verschillen. Je kunt eveneens inloggen op account.apple.com, je abonnement selecteren en Bekijk alle abonnementen kiezen.
Welk Apple Music-plan past bij je?

Apple licht de voorwaarden voor een Apple Music-gezinsabonnement en een Apple Music-studentenabonnement toe. Land en regio kunnen bepalen welke opties beschikbaar zijn.

Overstappen naar een gezinsabonnement
Als de organisator van een bestaande Delen met gezin-groep een Apple Music-gezinsabonnement neemt, kunnen de groepsleden daarvan gebruikmaken. Zij luisteren met hun eigen Apple Account en behouden persoonlijke voorkeuren en aanbevelingen. De groep kan maximaal zes personen omvatten.
Heeft een groepslid al een individueel of studentenabonnement, dan wordt de verlenging daarvan automatisch geannuleerd wanneer de organisator het gezinsabonnement neemt. Apple geeft op de genoemde hulppagina’s geen algemene regel voor het exacte moment waarop elke wijziging ingaat of voor de berekening van resterende betaling. Studentenabonnement: verificatie en automatische omzetting
Het studententarief is bedoeld voor studenten in het hoger onderwijs die aan de voorwaarden voldoen. Apple vereist dat je je studentenstatus jaarlijks opnieuw verifieert. De verificatie verloopt via het proces dat Apple aanbiedt; de hulppagina noemt UNiDAYS en SheerID voor vragen over verificatie. Beschikbaarheid kan per land of regio verschillen.

Wat je vóór de wijziging moet controleren
- Controleer welke plannen en prijzen Apple aan jouw account en regio toont; de beschikbare bronnen geven geen actuele Nederlandse tarieven.
- Lees de bevestiging tijdens het wijzigen goed door, vooral als je wilt weten wanneer de wijziging ingaat of wat er met een resterend bedrag gebeurt.
- Bij een gezinsplan: controleer of je de organisator bent van de Delen met gezin-groep en wie daarin lid is.
- Bij een studentenplan: zorg dat je je status opnieuw verifieert wanneer Apple daarom vraagt.
