Apple HomeView costs $299 in the United States, but reported Amazon pre-order prices of $290 and $289.99 reduce the launch cost by about $9. Apple says the new smart-home display and hub will be available November 13, 2026. Because retailer prices and color eligibility can change, check the final checkout price before ordering.
How much can you save on Apple HomeView?
Apple lists both HomeView versions at $299 in the U.S.: a tabletop display and a wall-mounted model. Tom’s Guide reported an Amazon price of $290, which is a $9 reduction from Apple’s list price. MacRumors reported $289.99 the following day, producing an exact arithmetic saving of $9.01. In practical terms, the pre-order discount is approximately $9, with the one-cent difference reflecting normal retailer price movement and differing reports.

Which colors received the discount?
Discount eligibility was not identical in the two reports, so treat color availability as a live retailer detail rather than a guaranteed launch offer.
#1 Best Overall
- Premium, immersive, high-fidelity audio
- Tom’s Guide: Space Gray, Rose Pink, and Silver were reported at $290; Starlight remained at $299 in that report.
- MacRumors: $289.99 was reported across all four tabletop colors.
Apple’s tabletop HomeView is offered in Rose Pink, Space Gray, Silver, and Starlight. The wall-mounted listing includes Silver and Space Gray. Before paying, select the exact model and finish you want and confirm that the discounted price remains in the cart.

Two installation formats
HomeView is designed either as a tabletop device or as a wall-mounted display. The wall-mounted version is intended to work with purpose-built Schneider Home mounts, so the hardware and installation requirements should be considered when comparing its total cost with the tabletop model.
Apple Home and household support
Apple describes HomeView as a display and hub for the Home app. It supports up to six household members, allowing the device to serve a shared home while retaining household personalization. It also works with compatible smart-home accessories.

Siri AI, Matter, and camera features
Apple’s release identifies Siri AI, Apple Home integration, and Matter compatibility. The cited product information also establishes a camera feature. Those capabilities make HomeView most relevant to households already using Apple devices and compatible smart-home products; the available pricing reports do not establish specifications such as screen size, camera resolution, or audio output.
When does Apple HomeView come out?
Apple’s U.S. Store listing schedules availability for November 13, 2026. A pre-order reserves the product ahead of that date, but delivery timing can vary by model, color, inventory, and destination. Confirm the estimated arrival shown by the retailer rather than assuming every finish will ship at the same time.
Where will HomeView launch?
Apple’s initial availability list includes the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, and New Zealand. Singapore and South Africa are also named in Apple’s release. Apple says HomeView will not initially be sold in the European Union because Siri AI is unavailable there. That limitation concerns launch availability, not a statement about a later European release date.
Rank #2
- Features a 4" high-excursion woofer and five beamforming tweeters for deep bass, clear vocals, and detailed room-filling audio.
- Room Sensing technology automatically adjusts sound based on where the speaker is placed.
- Built-in Siri enables voice control for music, reminders, messages, smart home devices, and more.
- Supports AirPlay, Spatial Audio, Thread, Matter smart home control, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi 4.
- Pair two HomePod speakers for stereo sound or use multiple units for whole-home audio playback.
Should you pre-order at the discounted price?
Pre-ordering makes sense if:
- You want HomeView on or soon after November 13 and already use Apple Home.
- The specific model and color you want still show the roughly $9 reduction.
- You have checked the retailer’s delivery estimate, return terms, and final tax-inclusive total.
Waiting may be better if:
- You need independent reviews of the display, camera, Siri AI performance, or Matter behavior before buying.
- You are choosing the wall-mounted model and have not budgeted for a compatible mount or installation.
- Your preferred finish is no longer discounted, making the saving smaller or nonexistent.
When comparing HomeView with another smart display, focus on Apple ecosystem integration, display and camera capabilities, smart-home protocol support, tabletop versus wall installation, household personalization, launch-market availability, and the complete cost of accessories. Current prices for competing devices are not established by the available reports, so a meaningful price comparison requires checking them separately.
