ANTONBLAST, the explosive action platformer that first launched on Nintendo Switch in December 2024, is coming to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in October 2026. Late-September reporting says the game was set to launch on October 1 in Australia and New Zealand, with a wider worldwide window in mid-October. The official US PlayStation Store page still showed “Release date to be determined” at the time of writing, so mid-October is reported timing, not a confirmed global launch day.
What ANTONBLAST is
ANTONBLAST is a single-player action platformer developed by Summitsphere and published by Joystick Ventures, according to Nintendo’s US store listing. Release timeline

Why the “Switch exclusive” label no longer fits
The headline calls ANTONBLAST a “console exclusive from 2024.” The 2024 part is accurate: it refers to the Switch release. But “exclusive” is misleading on two counts. The game reached PC on Steam before it reached Switch, according to ComicBook.com’s release history, and it is now heading to PlayStation. A more accurate description is a game that launched on Switch and PC in late 2024 and is expanding to PlayStation in 2026. Nintendo’s listing does not describe the game as exclusive.

ComicBook.com reports an 87 Metacritic score and a 95% Steam approval rating across nearly 3,000 user reviews. The article does not say when those figures were measured, so treat them as a snapshot from October 2, 2026 reporting rather than current numbers.
Note that the Metacritic score is a critic aggregate, while the Steam figure reflects player reviews on PC. The two should not be compared as if they measure the same audience.
