Separately, Coinbase Asset Management’s August 2025 paper, “It’s time for investors to Get Off Zero”, argues that a 1% Bitcoin allocation can have a dramatic effect and proposes a 5% allocation. Those are the paper’s allocation arguments; they are not universal advice and are not presented as the methodology for Bassili’s 2030 price target.
