CHOICE’s public listing identifies the Anko 2 Cotton Rich Cover Pillows as polyester-filled and gives their dimensions and care directions, but it does not expose the expert score or test results needed to judge comfort or durability. The name does not mean the filling is cotton, and current Kmart two-packs with similar names are separate listings—not confirmed matches for the CHOICE-reviewed pillow.
What the CHOICE listing establishes
CHOICE lists the pillow’s filling as 100% polyester, its weight as 0.4 kg, and its dimensions as 14 cm high × 56 cm wide × 38 cm long. It also lists Australia as the country of origin. The accessible listing does not state a firmness level or establish that the pillow has a removable cover or is washable. Those details should not be inferred from “Cotton Rich Cover” in the product name. See the CHOICE product listing.
CHOICE lists a purchase price of $7, but the accessible page does not establish when that price applied. Treat it as a page-listed figure, not a current Kmart price.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsWhat it does not reveal about performance
The CHOICE page identifies its expert rating and results for fatigue, comfort, side sleeping, back sleeping, fold and sink as member-only. Those results are not visible on the accessible public page, so it is not possible to substantiate a verdict about how supportive, comfortable or durable this exact pillow performed in CHOICE’s testing.

That limit matters when interpreting a page labelled a review: the public specifications identify the product, but they are not a substitute for the withheld test findings. This article does not claim personal testing.
Care instructions listed for the reviewed item
CHOICE lists these directions: cold machine wash, dry flat, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean. It also says the pillow is “Not intended for repeated washing.” Confirm the care label on the physical product before washing, since the accessible listing leaves its washable field blank.

Similar Kmart two-packs are not confirmed matches
Kmart currently has medium- and high-profile Cotton Rich Cover two-packs with different listed dimensions and product details. The listings do not establish that either is the exact pillow covered by CHOICE. The comparison below is therefore between related current listings, not a comparison of CHOICE test results.
| Listing | Materials and dimensions | Positioning and care | Price shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kmart medium-profile two-pack | Cotton and polyester; 19 × 71 × 46 cm per pillow; made in Australia from imported materials. | Described as suitable for back sleepers. Listed care: warm hand wash, dry flat in shade; do not tumble dry, bleach or iron. | $13 when accessed in 2026; retail prices can change. |
| Kmart high-profile two-pack | Cotton and polyester; listed dimensions 4 × 66 × 44 cm; made in Australia from imported materials. | Described as suitable for side sleepers. Listed care includes cold hand wash and dry flat. | $13 when accessed in 2026; retail prices can change. |
The high-profile listing’s stated 4 cm height is unusual for a high-profile pillow; check the live listing before relying on that measurement. Kmart’s sleeper-position descriptions are product positioning, not clinical guidance. Before choosing either pack, check your pillowcase dimensions and consider the profile you prefer.

What one customer account can—and cannot—tell you
ProductReview.com.au’s listing displays one verified review for the related Kmart Anko Cotton Rich Cover Pillow. Customer770 reports that the filling was bunched, the pillow did not lie flat, and the corners seemed underfilled. The account is 12 years old on the listing and concerns a related product entry, not confirmed the exact CHOICE item. One anecdote cannot establish current batch quality, a defect rate or typical customer experience.
Verdict: the public evidence supports identification, not a performance recommendation
The available public information gives useful specifications and care directions for the exact CHOICE-named item, but it does not disclose the test results needed to recommend it for a particular sleeper or compare its performance with the current Kmart two-packs. If shopping now, verify the exact product and live listing details rather than assuming a similarly named pillow is the one CHOICE reviewed.
