Buy Sparkling Pigment from the Outpost vendor’s Item Exchange for five Sparkling Sigils, then use it from Inventory on an Aniimo that is already both Sparkling and Prismana. Each Pigment gives one random hue roll and is consumed even if the result is a duplicate. Since version 1.1, you can switch between hues that the Prismana has already unlocked.
Where to buy Sparkling Pigment
Travel to the Outpost and open the vendor’s exchange interaction. Choose Trade, then Item Exchange, and purchase Sparkling Pigment for five Sparkling Sigils per item, according to the title-specific guide updated September 24, 2026 (source). The vendor’s name is spelled differently in two current guides, so use the Outpost vendor rather than relying on a particular spelling.
A guide checked against the released game on October 2, 2026, says that catching and reporting a Sparkling Aniimo at a terminal earns one Sparkling Sigil (source). Sigils can also be saved for a separate conversion that gives a standard Aniimo Sparkling status, so spending five on Pigment means choosing a hue reroll over that other use.

How to recolor a Sparkling Prismana
- Open Inventory.
- Select the pouch tab labelled Aniimo Items.
- Choose Sparkling Pigment—not Sparkling Sigil—and press Use.
- Select an Aniimo that is already both Sparkling and Prismana.
- Confirm the random hue change, then review the result.
The Pigment is not a general recoloring item for any Aniimo, and it does not create a Prismana form. Glynsera is one example of an Aniimo that can be a Sparkling Prismana (source).

What the hue roll can—and cannot—do
Sparkling Pigment rolls a random hue; it does not let you choose the color in advance. One item buys one attempt. A duplicate result still consumes the Pigment, according to the current guide (source).
A color guide describes 13 looks for a Prismana Aniimo: its original Prismana hue, ten common Sparkling Types I–X, Dazzling Sparkling, and Shadow Sparkling (source). The same guide reports that the ten common Sparkling colors have a combined 99% rate, but that is a secondary-source figure, not an official probability table located for this article (source). Treat it as guide-reported odds rather than a guaranteed outcome for an individual Pigment.

Can you switch back to an earlier hue?
Yes. The Aniimo developer’s Steam community communication says that, after version 1.1, players can switch between the Sparkling Hue styles unlocked for that Prismana Aniimo, including its original Prismana Hue (source). Current guides report the feature as live (source). This makes a previously unlocked hue reusable without another roll; unlocking a new hue still requires a Pigment attempt.

Prismana is described as an alternate form, while Sparkling is a cosmetic alternate coloration with a sparkle aura. They can coexist on one Aniimo. Sparkling Pigment applies to that combined Sparkling Prismana target; it is not a way to turn an ordinary Aniimo into a Prismana (source).
