Yes—the ANBERNIC RG Rotate has moved beyond its teaser: the company’s official store lists it with color and storage choices. Its defining feature is a manually swiveling screen; the rest is a compact Android handheld built around a square 3.5-inch display and a Unisoc Tiger T618 processor. Check the live listing for today’s price, stock, and shipping, which can vary.
What the swiveling screen changes
ANBERNIC says the screen rotates manually on a proprietary ultra-thin alloy hinge, allowing users to change its orientation for different content and aspect ratios. That is the central design distinction from a conventional fixed-screen handheld. It may make the device more adaptable across retro game formats, but the announcement does not establish how particular games look or play after rotation.
The company says the hinge has undergone “high-durability testing.” That is ANBERNIC’s claim; no public test protocol or independent durability result is established here. The hinge’s long-term wear therefore remains an open question rather than a verified advantage.

ANBERNIC’s technical specifications list the five-hour battery figure as a company claim; real-world runtime has not been independently established. The square 720 × 720 panel is compact, and its effect on a given game will depend on that game’s aspect ratio and the device’s orientation.
What games and apps can it run?
The RG Rotate runs Android 12. ANBERNIC lists Android games and emulation platforms including PS2, Wii, GameCube, 3DS, PSP, Dreamcast, Saturn, PS1, NDS, N64, arcade formats, and older consoles. This is a compatibility list from the manufacturer, not evidence that every title runs smoothly. No title-by-title benchmarks or independent performance tests are established, so treat support as a possibility rather than a performance guarantee.
