A Newegg Fantastech promotion reported on October 5, 2026, listed the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D for $699 with a Cooler Master Elite Liquid 240mm AIO cooler and an Onimusha: Way of the Sword game code. The reported $150 savings is the combined stated value of the cooler and game—not a $150 discount on the processor. The report does not confirm the offer is still available, so check the live listing, stock, eligibility, and checkout terms before buying.
What the reported Newegg bundle includes
Notebookcheck reported the Newegg offer at $699 and listed two extras: a Cooler Master Elite Liquid 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler and an Onimusha: Way of the Sword code. The report assigned the cooler an $80 Newegg value and the game a $70 Newegg value. Those figures add up to $150, but they are values of included items, not a direct reduction to the CPU’s listed price.

| Ryzen 9 9950X3D bundle | $699 | Newegg price reported by Notebookcheck on October 5, 2026; live checkout pricing is unverified. |
| Cooler Master Elite Liquid 240mm AIO | $80 | Newegg value reported by Notebookcheck in 2026. |
| Onimusha: Way of the Sword code | $70 | Newegg value reported by Notebookcheck in 2026. |
| Combined included-item value | $150 | Arithmetic from the reported $80 cooler and $70 game values; not a $150 CPU markdown. |
Because these are reported component values rather than a verified current comparison against standalone prices, consider them a way to assess the bundle—not proof that every buyer saves $150 in cash.
Is the bundle worth it?
It is most compelling if you already want a high-end processor, can use a 240mm liquid cooler in your build, and want the game. If you would not buy either extra, their stated values may not represent meaningful savings for you. Compare the live bundle price with the current CPU-only price and count only the value you personally expect to get from the extras.
#1 Best Overall
- AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D Gaming and Content Creation Processor
- Max. Boost Clock : Up to 5.7 GHz; Base Clock: 4.3 GHz
- Form Factor: Desktops , Boxed Processor
- Architecture: Zen 5; Former Codename: Granite Ridge AM5
- Useful cooler: Include its value in your calculation only if you need a cooler and it suits your case and cooling plan. The reported offer does not establish compatibility or suitability for a particular build.
- Wanted game: Count the game only if you want to play it and can redeem the code under AMD’s terms.
- Neither extra matters: A CPU-only listing may be a better fit, but no current standalone price comparison was verified.
Does the Ryzen 9 9950X3D qualify for the Onimusha offer?
AMD’s promotion page lists the Ryzen 9 9950X3D among CPUs qualifying for the Onimusha game offer. AMD says the offer is available through participating retailers and that a coupon code must be redeemed by November 21, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. US Eastern Time; restrictions apply. This establishes program-level eligibility for the processor, not that Newegg’s exact bundle remains live or that every purchase route qualifies. Check the retailer listing and AMD’s terms before placing an order: AMD’s Onimusha promotion terms.
What to know about the processor
AMD describes the Ryzen 9 9950X3D as a 16-core processor using second-generation AMD 3D V-Cache. Notebookcheck’s October 2026 deal report lists it as a 16-core, 32-thread CPU with a 4.3GHz base clock, 5.7GHz boost clock, 128MB of L3 cache, and 170W power draw. AMD’s product page independently confirms the 16-core configuration; the other detailed figures here are attributed to Notebookcheck: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D specifications.
