Amazon’s October 2026 Prime Big Deal Days runs October 6–7, but Amazon has not confirmed furniture discounts of up to 50%. Its announced “up to 50% off” offer applies to game-day essentials, not named furniture. Home is among the event’s more than 35 categories, so furniture offers may appear—but check each listing before treating it as a deal.
When is Amazon’s October Prime Day in 2026?
Amazon calls its October sale Prime Big Deal Days. In the U.S., the event begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on October 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on October 7. Amazon says dates may vary by country; members in 22 countries can shop the event. Check Amazon’s event announcement and official FAQ for details applicable to your location.
The event’s deals are exclusive to Prime members. Amazon’s FAQ lists U.S. membership at $14.99 per month or $139 per year; confirm current membership terms and eligibility before signing up.

That figure is not established for furniture. Amazon’s announcement attaches “up to 50% off” to game-day essentials. Its examples of home-related offers refer to décor and cozy upgrades, including throw pillows—not a named sofa, bed, desk, dining set, or other furniture item. The early-deals page also mentions game-day essentials and seasonal décor, without identifying a furniture discount.

Amazon says Prime Big Deal Days covers more than 35 categories, including home. That makes furniture relevant to browse, but does not prove a particular piece is discounted or that its saving reaches 50%. No furniture-specific discount, deal count, or discounted model is confirmed in Amazon’s cited event information. Treat any percentage as item-specific and verify it on the live product page.
How to check whether an Amazon furniture deal is worthwhile
Before buying, assess the whole listing rather than relying on a sale badge or crossed-out reference price. Amazon says the product detail page’s “Price History” link can show up to 365 days of pricing information on hundreds of millions of products. Use it to compare the current price with recent pricing, then check the practical details that determine whether the item suits your home.
