To sign in to Amazon Business on a computer, open the Amazon Business sign-in page and follow the prompts. On a phone, use the Amazon Business app for iOS or Android. If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), start from the work sign-in link or procurement system your administrator provides; your organization may also require two-step verification.
Sign in to Amazon Business on a desktop
- Open the Amazon Business sign-in page.
- Select the sign-in option and follow the on-screen prompts for your account.
- If your workplace uses SSO, use the dedicated work link or procurement route provided by your administrator instead of guessing at a sign-in address.
The screens can vary with account status, location, and your organization’s login configuration.
Sign in on a mobile phone
Install and open the Amazon Business app from the iOS App Store or Google Play, then sign in with your business account or follow your organization’s SSO route. Amazon says the app supports business purchasing and account management. Depending on your role and the app’s current features, you may be able to track orders, download invoices, manage settings, and receive order or approval notifications.

To find account options, look for Business Settings in the app menu. The settings available to you depend on your account role.

Choose the right sign-in route

Use your organization’s SSO
SSO is configured by your organization, not enabled as an end-user workaround. Amazon Business describes SSO based on SAML 2.0 and support for identity providers including Okta, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft ADFS, OneLogin, AWS SSO, TrustLogin, and Google G Suite, among others. Your administrator or IT team configures the identity-provider app, shares metadata and attribute mappings with Amazon Business, and tests and activates the connection.
As a user, ask your administrator or IT help desk which route to use: a dedicated service-provider-initiated link or an e-procurement Punchout. If your organization uses SSO, do not assume the standard sign-in page alone will show the correct work login flow.

Create a new account or convert a personal account
Amazon says registration is free and has no long-term commitment or minimum spend. New registration requires a work email and company information, and Amazon may ask for additional business verification. If requested, Amazon suggests having an EIN, business license, and official state documents available.
- Creating a new account: use a work email or another email address different from the one on your personal Amazon account.
- Converting a personal account: use the email address already associated with that personal account.
Choose the account-creation route on the sign-in page and provide the requested information. Verification requirements can vary.

Why Amazon Business may ask for a verification code
Your organization administrator can require two-step verification (2SV) for member accounts. Amazon’s November 25, 2025 release note says affected users are prompted to enroll at their next sign-in and can choose SMS or an authenticator app. The note lists availability in the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, India, Canada, Australia, and Mexico; regional availability may change.
For organizations using SSO, Amazon recommends managing MFA through the identity provider to avoid multiple authentication challenges. If you are unsure whether a prompt is expected, contact your administrator before changing your sign-in method.

What to do if sign-in fails
Amazon’s published login guidance identifies the sign-in page, organization-managed SSO, and possible 2SV enrollment, but does not specify recovery steps for a rejected password, locked account, or missing verification code. For those problems, contact Amazon Business account support or your organization’s administrator or IT help desk. If your employer manages the account, ask IT whether the account is active and which sign-in route applies.
