Anime Expeditions items cover several systems—not just currency. Community references group them into currencies, rerolls and locks, Sprites and evolution materials, experience items, and resources linked to modes or events. Because those references have different scopes and dates, there is no verified definitive current total; use the lists below as a guide to item types, then confirm live recipes, shops, and availability in-game.
What counts as an item in Anime Expeditions?
In community guides, “items” can mean anything from Gems used for summons to materials needed for character evolution. The categories below are useful for understanding an item’s purpose, but they are not a live, official inventory. The sources are unofficial and describe different snapshots of the game.
Currency items

The wiki’s seven-currency figure is that database’s count, last verified July 22, 2026, not a confirmed count of every current or event currency. Reroll items are used to change a unit’s attributes or equipment-related results; locks preserve selected results while other changes are made. The July 26, 2026 community list names these items:

Before using a scarce reroll or lock, decide which result you are trying to change or preserve and check the current in-game description. Sprites and character evolution materials
The community wiki describes Grey Sprite as a base used to make more advanced Sprites. It also lists character-specific evolution materials; named examples include Crow’s Ring, Magical Amulet, and Cursed Book. That means an evolution material may be relevant to a particular character rather than useful for every unit.

The examples and uses come from a community reference verified against a release-version snapshot dated July 22, 2026. They do not establish current recipes. Experience items
- Player EXP: listed for progressing the player account.
- Unit EXP: listed for leveling individual units.
- Battlepass EXP: listed for progressing the battle pass.

Why item lists show different totals
There is no single total established by the available community references. Their counts track different things:

How to use an item list safely
- Identify the item’s system: determine whether it is currency, a reroll or lock, an evolution material, an EXP item, or a mode/event resource.
- Check the current in-game description: use it to confirm what the item does and whether a recipe, shop, or event is currently available.
- Match it to your goal: for example, distinguish a unit-leveling resource from an account progression item, or a general currency from a character-specific material.
- Verify before farming or spending: the references do not establish current drop rates, shop stock, recipe requirements, or inventory availability.
