Most are reported as Arsenal pulls, while Shadow Monarch and Flame Director are raid rewards and Mochi Commander is tied to the Zenless banner. The guide’s October 8, 2026 roster and routes are secondary-source information, so check the game for current availability before spending resources.
What counts as a weapon in Anime Zero?
In Anime Zero, a weapon is a playable combat kit with its own moveset, rather than simply an item held by a character. The Update 2 guide says players can equip two kits and switch between their movesets. That makes the second slot a practical build choice: consider what its attacks add to your playstyle as well as whether the pair has a reported bonus.
The count depends on the update. An Update 1 guide listed 12 weapons, while the Update 2 guide, updated October 8, 2026, lists 14. The lists describe different versions; they should not be combined into a single roster count. The older guide also reported pity figures of 175 spins for Mythic, 350 for Arcane and 3,500 for Lyth, but the Update 2 guide does not confirm those figures remain current. Treat them as outdated or unverified unless the game currently displays them.

The following roster, rarities and acquisition routes are reported by the October 8, 2026 Pro Game Guides Update 2 tier guide. “Inspiration” identifies the character the guide associates with each kit; it does not mean every source character is from an anime.

Hu Tao is from Genshin Impact and Hoshimi Miyabi is from Zenless Zone Zero, both games rather than anime. The guide says Hu Tao may also be called Paramita Pyre in earlier build recommendations.

How to get each weapon
Arsenal weapons
The guide reports Arsenal as the acquisition route for Cataclysm, Cursed King, Immortal Sovereign, Dragon Eclipse, Lights of Divinity, Divine Emperor, Kings Gambit, Twisted Agony, Rubber Man, Cosmic Warrior and Thunder Prodigy. It does not provide a current official pull table or confirm the odds for these kits. Check the Arsenal’s in-game listings before using spins or other resources.
Shadow Monarch: clear Shadow Gate
To obtain Shadow Monarch, the guide says to clear Nightmare Shadow Gate. It reports a 3% drop chance per clear and a guarantee by 32 clears. It also reports 10 attempts, refilling every three hours. These are guide-reported figures, not verified official drop-rate data; confirm the current raid rules and your remaining attempts in-game.

The same guide reports that a Red Gate appears in one of five runs. It says Red Gates have 50% more enemy health, provide a 1.8x coins-and-gems reward multiplier and add five Shadow Essence. It lists 35,425 coins and 710 gems as the clear reward, plus S-, A- and B-rank gate-clear bonuses of 30%, 20% and 10%, respectively. The guide does not specify how the rank bonus and Red Gate modifiers stack, so those figures do not establish a combined payout.
Flame Director: clear Spirited Away raid
Flame Director is listed as a Spirited Away raid reward. The guide does not state a drop chance, guarantee threshold or attempt schedule for this raid.

Mochi Commander: use the Zenless banner
The guide associates Mochi Commander with the Zenless banner and lists it as Arcane rarity. It does not establish the banner’s current availability, pull odds or pity rules, so check the banner screen for those details.
How to summon Kaisel
- Equip Shadow Monarch and build its ultimate until it is ready.
- Activate the ultimate, Monarch’s Domain.
- Press the ultimate input a second time to summon Kaisel.
This is the sequence reported by the Update 2 guide; the control used for the ultimate depends on your input setup.

Which Anime Zero weapons are best?
The guide’s Update 2 tier list is a general PvE recommendation, not a measured damage-per-second ranking. It describes the two newest placements as initial assessments, and order within a tier is not a proven comparison. A kit’s results can change with traits, accessories, skill trees and evolution, so compare builds at similar investment and consider room clearing, boss damage, cooldown downtime and your second equipped moveset.

Use the tiers as a starting point for general PvE, not as a universal ordering for every mode. For example, the guide describes Mochi Commander’s three Mochi Turret casts as an option while skill 1 is on cooldown, making downtime coverage one factor to weigh alongside peak attacks.

A bonus is only one part of a two-kit setup. The guide cautions that the value of the second moveset can outweigh a synergy bonus, so judge the pair by what you can actually use in your chosen mode.
As a build recommendation, the guide carries forward Flame Director + Cataclysm, but does not establish it as best-in-slot for every player. It suggests Deadeye, Supernova or Ferocity for damage and Fortune for farming. Its reported trait values are Deadeye (+20% damage, +5% critical chance, +50% critical damage), Supernova (+24% damage, +13% cooldown reduction, +20% attack speed) and Ferocity (+18% damage, +8% cooldown reduction, +14% attack speed, +2 speed). The guide recommends Blast Archer Wings for damage and farming or Blast Archer Crown for damage focus. Confirm current trait and accessory descriptions in-game before committing materials.
