For the 2026 Ghosts Exposed route reported by GTA Boss, photograph ghosts 1–9 during their hourly windows, then photograph Devin Weston at Paleto Cove between 00:00 and 01:00. Each regular ghost has two nearby possible spawn spots, so check both if the first is empty. The route and rewards below are reported by the guide; Rockstar’s cited official announcement covers the 2024 event, not this 2026 route.
All 10 Ghosts Exposed locations and time windows
Times are in-game. GTA Boss reports that each window lasts about two real minutes. The guide numbers ghosts 1–9 by their regular route and lists Devin Weston as ghost 10; his midnight window is shown in chronological order below.

GTA Boss’s 2026 location guide reports two nearby possible positions for each of ghosts 1–9. For exact approach details, inspect the listed landmarks and check the alternate position rather than assuming the ghost has failed to spawn.

- Travel to the next location before its in-game time window opens. GTA Boss estimates that one in-game hour lasts about two real minutes, so arriving early gives you time to reach elevated or tucked-away spots.
- Use the in-game phone camera, Snapmatic, and frame the ghost clearly for the photo.
- If the first listed spot is empty, search the nearby alternate spot in the table. The guide says ghosts can disappear if you get too close, so keep some distance while taking the picture.
- Photograph ghosts 1–9 in any order. Devin Weston at Paleto Cove is the exception: he appears only after all nine regular ghosts have been photographed.
When to complete Devin Weston’s photo
Devin’s reported appearance window is 00:00–01:00 at the Paleto Cove cliffs. Completing ghosts 1–4 before midnight can leave you ready for that same night’s window. If you finish the ninth regular ghost among ghosts 5–9 later in the night, you may have to wait until the following midnight window. This timing is based on the 2026 guide’s reported schedule.

Reported 2026 rewards and what is officially confirmed
GTA Boss reports GTA$20,000 and 500 RP for each ghost, a GTA$50,000 final completion bonus, and a base total of GTA$250,000 and 5,000 RP. It also reports an October 1, 2026 event start and a 2X GTA$ bonus, and lists the Ghosts Exposed Jacket. The guide gives the event end date as TBC, so these are guide-reported 2026 details rather than independently confirmed current Rockstar terms. See its 2026 guide for the reported figures.
Rockstar’s October 10, 2024 Newswire said that photographing all 10 apparitions would award the Ghosts Exposed Outfit and the returning Albany Brigham livery. That announcement confirms the 2024 event only; it does not establish the 2026 route or rewards. Ghost locations, order, and event rewards can change between Halloween years, so do not use an older route as a substitute for this reported 2026 list.
