Alienware Customer Connect is Dell software listed on some Alienware product pages. An independent review describes it as a way to send customers surveys about Dell products, but the available sources do not document the app’s current interface or features. It is separate from Alienware Command Center, which Dell lists as a distinct application.
What is Alienware Customer Connect?
Dell includes Alienware Customer Connect in the software lists on its US and Germany product pages for the Alienware m16 R2. Those listings confirm that Dell associates the software with those product pages; they do not establish that it comes with every Alienware model or is installed on every owner’s computer.
Tom’s Hardware describes the app as being “largely designed to push surveys about Dell’s products” in its Alienware x17 review. That is a reviewer’s description, not a current Dell support explanation of the app’s functions.

What does the app do?
The available review evidence points to customer surveys about Dell products. It does not establish how often surveys appear, what information a survey requests, whether participation can be controlled in the app, or what the current app screens look like. The sources also do not document a way to use it to submit a product review.

A Dell community user reported in 2021 that the app had no visible review controls. That dated, individual experience does not establish how the app works now or explain Dell’s current review process.
Is it the same as Alienware Command Center?
No. Dell lists Alienware Customer Connect and Alienware Command Center as separate applications on its m16 R2 product pages. The survey purpose attributed to Customer Connect should not be confused with Command Center; the listings alone do not establish technical dependencies between the applications.

Is Alienware Customer Connect on every Alienware computer?
That is not established. Dell’s US and Germany m16 R2 listings show the app for those specific product pages. They do not confirm availability across all Alienware laptops and desktops, countries, configurations, or current shipments. Check the software installed on your own computer rather than assuming it will be present.
How do I install, disable, or uninstall it?
The available sources do not provide current official installation, disable, or removal instructions, or establish what effects uninstalling the app could have on other software. A 2021 Dell community reply linked to a Microsoft Store page, but that historical link does not confirm that the listing is still available or that installing it is appropriate for newer devices.

- Blend into any environment: Activate Stealth Mode with F7 to turn AlienFX RGB keyboard lighting to white and switch performance to Quiet Mode for a more subtle, covert experience*. *Quiet mode lowers noise produced by your system's cooling fans when possible. While your computer's performance might be slightly impacted, this option may also reduce both CPU and GPU power consumptions.
