AFTERSHOCK PC’s CHERRY BLOOM is an Australian custom gaming desktop built around a miniature cherry tree whose 70 blossoms are designed to open as the computer warms and close as it cools. The maker says the movement comes from temperature-reactive titanium alloy—not motors or lighting effects. The live listing specifies an RTX 5080 and Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and shows a price of AU$19,995.
What is the CHERRY BLOOM PC?
CHERRY BLOOM is a limited-showcase-style custom desktop from Australian system builder AFTERSHOCK PC, created with ZOTAC support. Its defining feature is a cherry tree diorama inside the PC, paired with a ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 5080 SOLID OC White Edition graphics card. AFTERSHOCK calls it the “world-first blooming Gaming PC”; that is the company’s claim, not an independently verified distinction. AFTERSHOCK’s listing and its showcase page describe the build and its visual design.
The showcase presents the system through a 270° seamless glass view. The effect is part of a miniature courtyard display rather than a conventional case decoration: the tree, blossoms, and surrounding details are visible alongside the PC hardware.

AFTERSHOCK says each of the 70 hand-painted blossoms is formed from a temperature-reactive titanium alloy. As the system warms during use, the petals lift; as it cools, they return to rest. The showcase describes the response as driven by system temperature, with “no motors, no lighting tricks.” These are the maker’s descriptions of the mechanism, not independently verified engineering findings.

What does the price buy—and what is not established?
The price covers more than the named graphics card and conventional PC components: the listing is for a custom system with open-loop cooling and a temperature-responsive blossom display. That makes the diorama and its mechanism central to the product’s appeal, but they do not establish that the PC is faster than another RTX 5080 desktop.
AFTERSHOCK promotes the machine for “serious 4K gaming,” but no independent benchmark results for this exact configuration are established by the cited sources. There are no attributable frame-rate figures here, so gaming performance should be treated as a seller claim rather than a measured result. Anyone comparing it with another high-end prebuilt should weigh the full configuration, cooling and case design, warranty and support, total price, and personal value placed on the reactive display.
