Granit is a Mauler Strength tank whose value comes from interrupting and controlling enemies while protecting himself and an ally. The BlueStacks guide places him in an Eironn-centered five-pull team, but that is a guide recommendation—not a verified current-patch ranking. His skills are described below separately from advice about team strength, which can change as the game is updated.
What Granit does in combat
BlueStacks identifies Granit, nicknamed “Desert’s Stone,” as a Mauler Strength tank. AFK.guide also classifies him as a Mauler, Strength, Tank-class hero with a Tank role. His kit combines interruption and displacement with shields, making him a front-line control and protection option rather than a damage-focused carry.

Sand Vortex
Sand Vortex deals area damage, interrupts enemy casting, and applies a Petrification mark. If an enemy already has the mark, the skill removes it and petrifies that enemy: the target cannot act or recover Energy for five seconds. BlueStacks lists a level upgrade that increases damage received by petrified enemies and another that extends petrification to six seconds. BlueStacks’ Granit guide and AFK.guide’s Granit entry describe these mechanics.
Earth Tremors
Granit pulls nearby enemies toward him and interrupts their casting, then damages them. He follows with a ground smash that damages enemies in front and launches them. The listed later improvements raise the smash’s damage and restore Energy for each enemy hero hit.

Stone Skin
Stone Skin gives Granit a shield based on his Attack Rating for six seconds. He then transfers half of that shield’s value to the most injured allied hero and knocks back nearby enemies. The listed upgrades improve the shield’s value and the duration of the ally’s shield.
Earthen Resilience
At the start of battle, Granit receives a shield equal to 15% of his maximum health; the shield resets periodically. The BlueStacks Content Team describes it as a shield able to mitigate damage equal to 15% of his max health. Listed upgrades increase the shield value and reduce damage Granit takes while it is active.

How the BlueStacks guide uses Granit in a team
BlueStacks suggests Granit as control and protection in an Eironn-centered five-pull lineup. In that setup, Skriath helps group enemies, while Lucretia is named as a damage and synergy option. The purpose of the combination is to bring enemies together and then disrupt or control them while the team deals damage.
Recommended Free Tools
That recommendation should be read as the BlueStacks guide’s suggested synergy, not as proof that this is the best formation in the current competitive patch. The guide also calls Granit sluggish and says his ultimate can be tricky to use. In practice, his control and team protection may help a lineup establish its setup, but a slow-to-use ultimate can make the timing of that control less immediate.

What Desert’s Core and furniture add
Signature Item: Desert’s Core
AFK.guide identifies Granit’s Signature Item as Desert’s Core. Its listed progression includes Energy-recovery effects at +10 and +20. At +30, Granit marks all enemies with Petrification at the start of battle; the entry also describes an allied Sand Vortex effect when Granit dies. The BlueStacks guide recommends +30, but that is its investment opinion—not a universal priority for every account or a current resource-efficiency verdict.
Furniture
Granit’s furniture entry describes a stronger normal attack when Earthen Resilience resets. At 9/9, attacks temporarily steal Accuracy and Haste from enemies hit. BlueStacks discusses 9/9 favorably, but that recommendation is likewise guide-specific; the available material does not establish a current, account-independent furniture priority.

How to interpret the guide’s recommendations
The mechanical descriptions explain what Granit’s abilities and upgrades do; they do not establish his present-day rank or prove that a particular team is optimal. The BlueStacks article’s original publication date is not visible in the retrieved page text, and no named-publisher performance or usage statistic is available here. Treat composition strength and investment order as patch-sensitive, while using the listed mechanics to judge whether his control and shielding fit the team you are building.
