Depths of Darkness
At the start of battle, this ability targets the enemy opposite Ezizh’s position and places that enemy in a nightmare state. According to the guide, the state ends when the target takes damage equal to 40% of its maximum health or after ten seconds. The guide also describes passive effects involving Ezizh’s ability to suffer or resist control effects; at a later level, it says the source of a control effect can be placed in a nightmare state.
Mind Flay
The guide says Mind Flay deals area damage equal to 260% of Ezizh’s Attack Rating, drains sanity, and inflicts insanity for eight seconds. Insanity reduces affected enemies’ Tenacity by 12 points and grants allied heroes six Tenacity points, according to BlueStacks. Listed upgrades add a terror effect when insanity is reapplied and increase damage against insane enemies through stacking effects.
Nightmare Arc
Nightmare Arc deals damage equal to 260% of Ezizh’s Attack Rating and stuns its initial target for one second. After a successful stun, the attack transfers to another target, for up to six transfers unless an enemy resists. The guide also lists energy loss and additional effects against insane targets at higher levels.

This ultimate deals damage equal to 280% of Ezizh’s Attack Rating to all enemies, prevents enemy ultimates for two seconds, and transforms the battlefield for ten seconds. During the transformed state, Ezizh emits another shockwave every four seconds but cannot recover energy. BlueStacks lists added Haste for each insane enemy and extra shockwaves triggered by allied ultimates as higher-level effects.
Dream Veil
Dream Veil is the guide’s unique passive. BlueStacks says Ezizh enters a dream state after every ten seconds of battle, becoming immune to damage and control effects for eight seconds while gaining Haste and damage. Later dream states arrive after longer intervals and last for less time, down to a four-second minimum, according to the guide. Allied Tenacity-based control resistance shortens the wait between states.

What progression effects does the guide list?
Infernal Pauldrons signature item
BlueStacks names Infernal Pauldrons as Ezizh’s exclusive signature item. Its listed upgrades at +10, +20, and +30 involve damage reduction after control effects, a reduced-duration version of that effect after resisting control through Tenacity or immunity, and placing the source of a control effect into a nightmare state. The guide’s item-upgrade text contains apparent transcription or formatting errors, so it does not support treating every listed detail as a reliable current-game specification.
