Astar is an Ascended Wilder Support hero of Intelligence type whose kit combines healing, Energy generation, damage, damage reduction, and shields. BlueStacks frames her as an offensive support who can help a primary healer; its guide names Izold, Zolrath, and Eironn as potential partners. Those are the guide’s recommendations, not a verified current best-in-slot list.
What Astar does on a team
Astar supports allies through several parts of her kit rather than healing alone. Her ultimate, Life Sparks, heals nearby allies and converts some excess healing into Energy. Flame Seeds and Lantern’s Flame add damage, while Aura of Fire reduces incoming damage and provides shields. This mix can let her contribute offensively while assisting another healer.
BlueStacks highlights the Energy effect for Campaign and King’s Tower. Whether Astar is the right support for a particular lineup depends on the mode, the role you need to fill, and the alternatives available to your account; the available sources do not establish her current relative performance against other supports.

Life Sparks
Astar first recovers 20% of her maximum health, then moves above the densest area of allies and enemies. While the ultimate is active, she is invincible and heals nearby allies for 150% of her Attack Rating every 0.5 seconds. Healing beyond an ally’s needs converts into Energy, subject to a per-target cap: the base description gives 20 Energy per use, rising to 30 at the listed level-3 upgrade.

Lantern’s Flame
Astar releases five fireballs, each dealing 220% damage. The listed upgrades raise the damage to 260% and then 300%, followed by an upgrade that increases the number of fireballs to seven. If a fireball hits an enemy bearing a Flame Seed, it triggers the seed’s explosion without consuming it.
Flame Seeds
This ability deals 250% damage to one target and marks it with a seed. The seed deals 200% damage to a small area every 1.5 seconds. If the target dies or is marked again, the seed explodes, dealing 280% area damage and healing allies in its radius for 12% of their maximum health. Listed upgrades increase explosion damage and reduce enemies’ Attack Rating.

Aura of Fire
As Astar waves her lantern, allies take 40% less damage. When the channel ends, they receive shields for six seconds; shield value is tied to damage prevented, with a minimum based on Astar’s Attack Rating. She is immune to control while channeling. Listed upgrades extend shield duration and increase damage reduction.
Ability descriptions and upgrade thresholds do not align perfectly across the available guides. Treat these figures as the descriptions reported by BlueStacks and AFK Global rather than assuming every threshold matches your game version. Check the in-game skill text for the values currently shown in your client.

Team synergies named by BlueStacks
BlueStacks discusses Astar alongside Izold, Zolrath, and Eironn. Its broader team framing is that her healing, Energy generation, and damage can complement a primary healer. Use those suggestions as starting points for team-building, not as proof of current competitive consensus: the guide’s publication date is not exposed, and the character database does not identify a game patch or version.

- Healing and Energy: Does the team benefit from Life Sparks’ healing and excess-healing Energy conversion?
- Defense: Would damage reduction and shields from Aura of Fire address the team’s needs?
- Damage: Is Astar’s contribution through seeds and fireballs useful in the encounter?
- Mode and slot: Does she fit the specific mode and the support slot available in your lineup?
Astar’s upgrade systems
Astar has progression effects tied to her signature item, furniture, and Eternal Engraving. Their listed effects explain what they enhance, but the available sources do not support one mandatory investment order or breakpoint for every account.

Choose investments in light of your account’s resources and the mode where you intend to use Astar. If you need more detail on a particular breakpoint, verify the threshold and effect in your current in-game client before committing resources.
What the ratings and story do—and do not—tell you
AFK Global lists ratings including S+ Event, A Event, B Boss, A Hunt, S Tower, and D Boss. The page repeats some mode labels and does not state a patch or date, so these ratings are not a reliable up-to-date tier list. They are best treated as limited context rather than a forecast of Astar’s performance in your current version.
In the lore, AFK Global describes Astar as a Wilder born from the Phoenix Flower who follows Talene after witnessing her destroy the Hypogeans. BlueStacks also connects her story with Talene and the Hypogeans. This background is separate from her gameplay value and does not establish which teams or upgrades are strongest.
