The available evidence does not identify the 65-inch OLED behind the headline, explain what “fastest” measures, or verify that the $799 Prime Day price is still available. Those details matter before you can judge the TV or treat the price as a buying recommendation.
What the headline establishes—and what it does not
PCMag’s latest-articles listing repeats a headline about a 65-inch OLED described as the fastest TV the publication had tested and priced at $799 for Prime Day. The accessible listing does not identify the model or provide the TV article’s test results, so it cannot substantiate the comparison or establish which model was on sale. PCMag’s accessible page is a smart-thermostat roundup, not the television review.
- Model: not identified in the accessible evidence.
- “Fastest” metric: not stated. It could refer to a measure such as input lag, response time, or refresh rate, but the headline alone does not establish which one.
- Price: $799 is a historical title-level Prime Day claim, not a verified live offer. The listing does not establish the offer date, retailer, or current availability.
A separate Roku deal is not confirmation
HotHardware separately listed a deal story dated September 25, 2026, for a Roku 65-inch OLED television at $799.99 on Amazon with a coupon. That listing concerns a separate deal and does not establish that the Roku is the TV named in PCMag’s headline. HotHardware’s OLED tag page lists the separate item.

Without the exact model and underlying review, there is not enough evidence to recommend this TV or compare its performance with another set. Before relying on the headline, verify the following on the actual review and retailer listing:
