For buyers in India, the iQOO Neo 10 and Xiaomi Redmi Turbo 5 trade different strengths: the Neo 10 has a larger 6.78-inch display with a listed 144Hz refresh rate and 120W charging, while the Turbo 5 is reported to have a larger 7,540mAh battery and 100W charging. The available price figures are not a reliable same-day, like-for-like comparison, so check the exact RAM/storage variant and current offers before deciding.
iQOO Neo 10 vs Redmi Turbo 5: key specifications
This comparison is scoped to India. iQOO’s India product pages are the primary source for Neo 10 specifications. The Turbo 5 figures below come from comparison listings and secondary launch coverage, rather than a matching official Xiaomi India specification page.
| Specification | iQOO Neo 10 | Xiaomi Redmi Turbo 5 |

Which phone has the better display?
The Neo 10 offers the larger screen: 6.78 inches versus 6.59 inches for the Turbo 5. Its listed refresh rate is also higher at up to 144Hz, compared with 120Hz in the comparison listing. A higher refresh rate can make supported motion look smoother, but it does not establish how the phones compare in brightness, color accuracy or outdoor visibility.
For the Turbo 5, secondary launch coverage also describes a 12-bit AMOLED panel. That is a reported specification, not one confirmed here against an official Xiaomi product page. Choose based on the screen size and verified regional specifications rather than treating panel depth alone as proof of better image quality.

Performance: chipset names are not a test result
The Neo 10 is listed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4; the Turbo 5 is listed with MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 Ultra. Those names identify different platforms, but the available evidence does not include a controlled comparison of speed, gaming, heat or sustained performance. It therefore does not establish a clear performance winner.
For gaming or demanding apps, compare independent tests of the exact India models and software versions, especially sustained performance under load. A short benchmark score or chipset label by itself cannot tell you how a phone behaves during a long session.

Camera hardware: similar rear-camera counts, different front-camera resolutions
iQOO specifies a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide and a 32MP front camera. Secondary launch coverage reports the Turbo 5 with a 50MP main, an 8MP ultra-wide and a 20MP front camera. The megapixel figures describe resolution, not the quality of the resulting photos.
No hands-on camera comparison is established here, so there is no supported verdict on detail, low-light performance, stabilization or video quality. The Turbo 5 camera specifications should also be treated as secondary reporting until confirmed in official regional documentation.

Battery and charging: capacity is not measured runtime
iQOO lists a 7,000mAh typical battery and 120W charging for the Neo 10. Secondary launch coverage reports a 7,540mAh battery and 100W wired charging for the Turbo 5. On the stated capacities, the Turbo 5 has the larger battery; on stated charging wattage, the Neo 10 is higher.
Neither capacity nor charging wattage proves which phone lasts longer in everyday use or reaches a particular charge level faster. Screen brightness, network conditions, software and workload affect runtime, and no controlled battery or charging test is established in the available material.

Software, updates and durability claims
Secondary launch reporting describes the Turbo 5 as running Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and claims four OS upgrades and six years of security updates. Those support terms are not independently verified against an official Xiaomi specification in the material available here; a comparison listing shows Android 16 but does not provide an update term. Do not treat the reported schedule as a confirmed commitment without checking Xiaomi’s official regional support information.

The same secondary report lists IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for the Turbo 5. Because those are consequential durability claims and are not confirmed here by an official regional specification, verify them before relying on them. The cited iQOO specifications do not establish an equivalent Neo 10 IP rating or an update-support term.

India prices and the price difference
There is no dependable single current price difference in the available figures. Comparison pages show differing snapshots, and those figures are not harmonized by date, seller, configuration or offer. For example, one 91mobiles comparison snapshot lists ₹46,949 for the Neo 10 and ₹41,999 for the Turbo 5 (comparison); Gadgets Now shows another differing snapshot (comparison). These figures should not be presented as a verified current gap.
A 2026 launch report reproduced by Xiaomi Community gives introductory India prices of ₹37,999 for the Turbo 5 8GB/256GB and ₹40,999 for the 12GB/256GB version. The report also mentions card discounts and a planned Amazon sale on June 19, 2026; these are launch-period claims, not current retail quotes (launch report). iQOO’s product page surfaced a ₹40,999 figure for a 12GB/256GB Neo 10, but that should not be treated as a live price without checking the listing (iQOO India).
To work out the difference that matters to you, compare the same day, market, RAM/storage configuration and seller. Record bank-card, exchange and other conditional discounts separately from the displayed price; an offer-dependent launch figure is not directly comparable to an ordinary listing price.

Quick Recap
Which one should you buy?
- Consider the iQOO Neo 10 if you want the larger listed display, up to 144Hz refresh, 120W charging, or a wider set of listed RAM/storage configurations.
- Consider the Redmi Turbo 5 if its reported 7,540mAh capacity appeals to you, or if a verified current price for your preferred configuration makes it the better value. Confirm its regional specifications and availability before buying.
- Compare both in person or through reliable reviews if gaming, camera results, long-term battery life, software support or water resistance is decisive; the cited specification-level evidence does not settle those questions.
