The March 29, 2011 RedMonk roundup lists a report titled “AccelOps, Zenoss flesh out cloud management wares,” but the report’s text is not available in the sources that can be verified here. That means its specific Zenoss announcement and the article’s direct comparison cannot be stated reliably. Contemporaneous RedMonk coverage does establish that AccelOps described a service-provider edition of its IT-management platform, including multi-tenant capabilities.
What can be established about the 2011 report?
RedMonk’s March 29, 2011 roundup confirms the title and its date, but does not reproduce the linked report. The title alone is not enough to identify which products or features AccelOps and Zenoss announced, or to substantiate a comparison between them. The available sources therefore do not establish the report’s specific claims about Zenoss.
