To complete the Black Ops 7 Zombies Super Easter Egg, finish the Main Quest on every round-based map, collect and Exfil with each map’s toy, then place all six toys on the shelf in Her House on Rex Infernus and clear the boss rush. Activision confirms the all-map Main Quest prerequisite and The Warden Operator reward; the toy routes and boss details below are reported by the AllThingsHow walkthrough, updated September 22, 2026. Interactions can change with patches, so check the live game if a step does not work.
What you need before starting
Complete the Main Quest on all six round-based Zombies maps: Ashes of the Damned, Astra Malorum, Paradox Junction, Totenreich, Kowakujō, and Rex Infernus. Activision’s September 8, 2026 Season 06 announcement confirms the all-map requirement; the map names and route details here come from the secondary walkthrough.
- The walkthrough says Main Quest clears in Standard, Directed, or Cursed count for this prerequisite.
- Use Standard for the toy quests: the guide warns that Directed may not load some toy-box interactions consistently.
- Each toy only counts when you Exfil with it. On Rex Infernus, collect the first five before starting the Warden toy quest.
- The guide flags Kowakujō’s Main Quest as lengthy and warns solo players that saving and quitting mid-quest may break a sequence.
Routes below are guide-reported rather than independently confirmed by Activision. For each toy quest, follow the map-specific order and Exfil after collecting the toy.
How to get all six toys
Ashes of the Damned: Ol’ Tessie
- Find the ghostly Twins around the Fog or Ashwood. Approach them; they relocate to the Vandorn Farm barn.
- Progress the Main Quest until you have the Necrofluid Gauntlet.
- At the windmill, shoot the smoking Toy Box with the Gauntlet to knock it down, then hit the fallen box with Dark Flare.
- In Monolith Forest, shoot the three purple crystals on large rocks with the Gauntlet. Use a Fumigator to summon a meteor.
- Fumigate the meteor at Blackwater Lake and collect its blue crystal. Put the crystal in the Toy Box, take Ol’ Tessie, and Exfil.
Astra Malorum: Caltheris
- Activate Pack-a-Punch and the telescope. Complete the DG-2 turret side quest and install the turret on Ol’ Tessie.
- Outside the Luminarium, push the floating box toward the Crash Site with explosives. Use an LT53 Kazimir to pull it down.
- Lure O.S.C.A.R. to the box and destroy him with the turret.
- Complete the grandfather-clock side quest and use the telescope to reveal the UFO.
- Progress the Main Quest until Mars is accessible, but do not trigger the boss. Throw two Shock Charges onto the rod between the coils to draw the UFO overhead.
- Complete the Lamp Wisp side quest. Use the upgraded wisps on the suspended Mars objects in the sequence shown by the UFO.
- Take the small alien from the final object to the Crash Site Toy Box and exchange it for Caltheris. Exfil.
Paradox Junction: Twins
- Progress to the Past and activate Pack-a-Punch.
- Interact with the chalk chest on a garage door near the time-travel area.
- In the Yellow House, throw a Psych Grenade at the chalk question mark by the bookshelf to reveal a key.
- Interact with the chalk chest again, then return to the Future.
- Collect the pink teddy-bear parts around the Future and take them to the bus near spawn for the timed minigame.
- Pick up the completed bear, place it in the chest, and Exfil.
Totenreich: Guardian
- Find the iceberg containing the Toy Box behind Ms. Loven’s Antique Shop.
- Activate Wildfire, then use the nearby fishing spot to reel the iceberg ashore. Melt the ice to expose the box.
- Complete the star quest to get the Silent Heir crossbow. Use it to defeat King Draugvald the Undying.
- Take the king’s crown to the Toy Box, collect Guardian, and Exfil.
The walkthrough warns that using the fishing rod too early may disrupt this sequence.

Kowakujō: Z-Rex
- Progress until Pack-a-Punch opens access to the roof.
- Melee the Sakura tree to gain its whirlwind effect. Run circles below the chest above Pack-a-Punch until it drops and summons a bird.
- Guide the bird by activating Sakura trees in this order: Kitchens, Staging Area, then Training Area. Wait for it to relocate between activations.
- Circle the Central Courtyard boulder so the bird can land. Pick up the origami swan, place it in the chest, and Exfil.
The guide cautions against advancing the round at a point that disrupts the bird sequence.
Rex Infernus: Warden
- Collect the other five toys first. Progress the Main Quest, secure the Warden’s Blight, and defeat the Web Mother during Exfil.
- Upgrade the grapple through the steps involving the basketball and bathroom toilet. Use it on the invisible lock in Nyxara’s Passage, then complete the floating-rock course.
- Turn the ghost box into a chest with Aether Shroud.
- Complete the three horse toys using jump kills, PhD Flopper kills, and Frenzied Guard kills.
- Place the completed items in the chest to receive the Warden toy, then Exfil.
In co-op, the walkthrough says each player must pick up the Warden toy and place it for their own progress to register.

How to start and finish the boss rush
- Load Rex Infernus and enter Her House.
- Place all six toys on the shelf. When they glow purple, interact with the shelf to begin the sequence.
- Defeat the bosses in this fixed order: Z-Rex, the Guardian, Caltheris the Needle, then the Warden.
- Use the available stations between fights to prepare: Pack-a-Punch, Wunderfizz, Arsenal, and the crafting table.
The walkthrough reports that there is no GobbleGum machine in the arena and that failing the sequence restarts it from round one. The boss names refer to encounters from the maps Shattered Veil, Citadelle des Morts, Astra Malorum, and Rex Infernus, respectively.

Activision identifies The Warden as an unlockable Operator reward for completing the across-map Main Quest challenge. The walkthrough also reports Memento Mori outfits for the eight Dedicated Crew Operators and a Mister Peeks Mayhem modifier in Cursed mode. Those additional rewards are guide-reported and are not confirmed in the official Season 06 announcement.
