Quick solution: Collect all five blood bags. Use Alan Duncan’s bag at the S.W. door and Lesley Greer’s at the D.P. door. At the final wall, place Sarah Watson and Matthew Clark in the two left slots and George McEwan in the right slot, then operate the switch by the rear double doors. In the circular puzzle, connect O−, O+, A− and A+ to the center and press ORDELL.

Blood bag locations
Find the five named bags around the altered medical center. The room route and key requirements are summarized below; the walkthrough sources identify these locations in the chapter sequence. Townfall Walkthrough

| Matthew Clark | In Ward D, room 02, activate the elevator to lower the bag. Go to Ward P, room 03, and retrieve it from the elevator doorway using the Ward P Master Key. |

Open the S.W. and D.P. doors
- Use Alan Duncan’s blood bag at the transfusion unit by the S.W. door.
- Use Lesley Greer’s blood bag at the D.P. door.
Place the three bags at the final wall
Put Sarah Watson and Matthew Clark in the two left positions. Put George McEwan in the right position. Operate the switch beside the rear double doors.

Solve the blood-type routing puzzle
Inspect Simon Ordell’s medical wristband to learn his blood type. Use the compatibility plaques and the blood-bag labels to identify the accepted routes: O−, O+, A− and A+. Connect all four lines to the center, then press the central control marked ORDELL.
Return to the central area
After retrieving the bags, the route back is blocked until you turn the valves in Ward D, rooms 05 and 10. A large enemy is nearby; closets provide cover while you reach and operate the valves.
